Palm Oasis! Spacious with Beautiful views! Brand New 3/2 2 mins to the beach!

Palm Oasis is a wonderful new home construction that is a 3/2 with a second living for the kids to hang out and watch tv on rainy days and play games. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably. Large living and entertainment kitchen. Surrounded by water views off of all 3 decks! 2 min drive to a peaceful beach!

The primary bedroom (upstairs) has a king size bed, large master bath and a walk in closet. There is a balcony off the primary where you can sit and drink your morning coffee (keurig pods) while looking at the bay and without having to go downstairs. We've set up a coffee bar in the room!!! The room also includes a smart TV. Includes a ceiling fan and standing fan!

Next to the primary bedroom is a loft/second living (upstairs). This is a great spot to relax while reading or watching some TV. There is a great view of the gulf from this room. There are some board games and books in the console.

The secondary bedrooms (downstairs) both come with queen beds, and smart TV's and nice closets (ceiling fans and standing fans!).

The kitchen is FULLY equipped! We have included local spices, pots and pans, A pellet grill downstairs, all the cooking items you need and then some! *Keurig coffee pot and ground

The balcony on the front has beautiful views of the bay and the back balcony has views of our little pond, community pool, and the gulf. There is a 6 person table with a firepit and everything that you will need to have an awesome time while here including beach chairs, skim board, canopy, umbrellas, and an ice chest. There are 6 beach towel available so that guest do not use the towels from the house. We also have an outdoor shower to wash off after a wonderful day at the beach!

Brand new Washer and Dryer and iron/ironing board in utility room is a must for all your sandy clothes. Detergent included.

We are 4 blocks (about 2 minutes) from the beach, one block from the bay. The West End Marina (2 bars and a good seafood restaurant)is 5 minutes away and you can drive there on a golf cart. Golf cart rent place is just down the road.
