A Studio in the heart of Newport City, 81 Newport Blvd Cluster 2 @Newport World Resorts, NAIA Terminal 3 Newport Pasay, City all within walking distance. Easy convenient access to Runway Manila and Terminal 3. Many food choices within the complex and nearby. Plaza 66 and a 24 hour Metro Supermarket are a two minute walk. Eat in or dine out from fast food to elegant dining at the Resorts World Casino. Or authentic small food vendors are all within easy walking distance.
The space
Local phone number, 100 Mbs Unlimited DSL, 50" Samsung UHD Smart TV, TV Plus local TV Channels & a USA Netflix Account, Prime Video and stream away. Unit has blackout curtains for a peaceful sleep anytime of day.
Guest access
The whole condominium and all public spaces ie. the pool, kid playground etc. etc.
Other things to note
3-Day notice. I should automatically block the three-day window.
Guest Info Sheet (I will supply it when you book)
Self Declaration (to our concierge at the lobby upon move-in).
I now offer on a space available basis on-premise parking for ₱350/Night two-day advanced notice required. Private airport transfers are available for ₱500 with two days' advance notice. Please message if you interested in booking parking or airport transportation.
Early Check-In/Late Checkout if scheduling allows is ₱100/Hour.

Our condo is in a great location, close to everything…restaurants, eateries, grocery, beauty salons, NAIA3 and the airport restaurants and eateries, World Resorts Casino and Newport Mall is barely a 10 minute walk. A short taxi ride to the Mall of Asia (MoA). The mall is currently the largest shopping mall in the Philippines and the fifth in the world.
