This 5-bedroom, 3-bath home offers spacious living with a 75” smart TV and Nintendo Wii, outdoor enjoyment with a grill, gazebo, fire pit, and turf play area, all in the heart of College Station.

Very fast 570.5 Mbps WiFi

Plenty of parking in driveway and along street. Perfect for large groups and families.

Dining room table that comfortably seats 8. There are 6 cushioned folding chairs and a 6ft folding table available for additional seating.

Outdoor play areas and plenty of seating.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 Queen with TV, desk and attached full bath (guests can also access this bathroom from the hallway)

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 King with TV and attached full bath (private)

The Host Kristina was so welcoming and accommodating. The house is amazing with lots of room for large families. BIG backyard perfect for our daughter's ring dunk. We will be renting again.

Everything you could need for a short or long stay. Our trip was last minute so was great to find this place. Location was close to everything. Neighborhood quiet. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay

This house was more than big enough for our extended family of 12 people ranging in age from the old to the infant. All bedrooms are large and all beds are comfy. Very adequate supplies in the kitchen. We couldn't have picked a better place for our needs. We didn't use the back yard due to time constraints and weather -- but it's big. Like big -- whether you want a large family cookout or room for kids to run around, or both. Kristina, our host, was more than accommodating in meeting our requests. Thanks very much, and we'll look forward to staying again should we be in the area.

Perfect Gathering Space

My group enjoyed every moment at this house. Kristina, the host, thought of all the special details to make our stay comfortable and convenient. A well stocked coffee bar, snacks, and throw blankets were just a few of the extras she provided. The large living room was perfect for gathering and hanging out. Location was great! Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I are military veterans and Aggies. While we are from the Northeast and Midwest, we met in Texas and lived in College Station for 14 years before the mountains called us to Colorado, where we currently reside and homeschool our four children. We still enjoy coming 'home' to College Station every year.

We love the quiet neighborhood. We feel safe walking around and riding bikes with our kids. At the same time, it is close to everything. You can get almost anywhere in BCS in about 10 minutes, from North Bryan, to South College Station, to the Texas A&M campus, and Veteran's Park.

We have a large private yard and room for the whole family. We have hosted whole family gatherings, friend reunions, and even sports teams.
