The wonderful holiday home, surrounded with vineyards, offers a panoramic view of the entire region Bela krajina. The two-bedroom holiday home is an excellent choice for accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. The living room with the dining room is spacious and has a comfortable sofa, TV, air conditioning and a fireplace, and the kitchen is next to it. The bathroom is not that big.
The peaceful environment and the beautiful view from the balcony ensure that you rest and relax.

The apartment is an excellent starting point for hiking and walking. The Kolpa river, which is suitable for swimming and bathing, is located 10 minutes away. The spa and welness area Terme Dolenjske Toplice are 15 minutes driving.

In a free time we like to do sports, like hiking, running, cycling, skiing. We also take care about the vineyard cottage, cutting the grass in the vineyard and other work. Anja also relaxes by wattering and planting flowers

Years ago, Anja's parents built a vineyard cottage, which was originally made for wine storage. Over the years, we converted the upper floor into a holiday home, where our guests can spend their holidays.

The vineyard cottage offers comfort, a warm homely atmosphere, and discreet hospitality that make guests feel truly welcome. It also serves as an excellent starting point for exploring Bela krajina – a land of friendly people, fine wines, unspoiled nature, and numerous hiking and cycling trails.
At the same time, it can be your perfect place to unwind, read, and enjoy peaceful moments without obligations.
There are hiking and biking trails nearby.
In winter you can ski at the Ski resort Gače and in summer you can swim in the river Kolpa. Both destinations are 10-15 minutes away.
Terme Dolenjske Toplice (15-20 minutes away) offers saunas, massages, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, a water park for children ...
Our mission is to provide guests with a serene and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, where they can immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Bela krajina and its vineyards. We strive to offer a relaxing and comfortable environment where guests can unwind and recharge, whether it be with a glass of local wine on the balcony or a stroll through the surrounding vineyards.
