Gozsdu Court is close to Central Deák Square, Andrássy Avenue, and the main Dohány Street Synagogue. The complex was built in 1901 by the Gozsdu Foundation, according to the testament of the Romanian lawyer, Emanoil Gojdu, and was part of the Jewish Ghetto between November 1944 to January 1945 and also plays an important role in current Jewish culture.
This unique location is the starting point for all visits to Budapest.
