My credit card was charged right away when we reserved this property. I received confirmation emails about our reservation, but never anything about how to check in. We arrived at the property 10 minutes after check-in still with no directions on how to get in. After spending 40 minutes on the phone attempting to contact someone, we were finally able to get a hold of someone. When we attempted to contact the host, the gentleman who answered the phone hesitated, then hung up and said we had the wrong number. We spent the next three hours trying to figure out where we would stay for the night. I’m still waiting for a refund . This was a miserable start to a vacation weekend that had been planned for quite some time. In the end we were able to find a place to stay, but ended up spending more money than we had intended to. I’m still waiting for my refund and some kind of resolution.
