You will be right downtown when you stay at this 2 bedroom apartment located inside a historic building! Please note that the building and apartment are historic (read: older) but it has been decorated and painted.

I do not have parking but there are garages and street parking (free after 6 pm).

The check in process was great. It seemed liked the ambiance of the building had something to do with a lot of fish tanks. The lobby and sitting areas smelled like old carpet. The 17th floor hallway had many fish tanks which a couple had a horrible smell and was obvious that they haven’t been cleaned. It was a lot of random old furniture just placed throughout the building. Our apartment was clean and our host was nice. It was comfortable. Also the building had 3 elevators but only 1 is functioning.

Overall the property was nice for a one night stay. However, I would not personally stay here again due to the location. The location had very limited parking unless you wanted to stay in a very pricey parking garage and there was a ton of construction going on near the building and on the building. The room itself wasn’t bad but could have used a lot of updates to make it a bit more comfortable and safer. Overall, it isn’t bad for a one night stay but if you can stay out of downtown I would highly recommend it.
