Golden Sands Getaway! Relax, Swim, Fish, Float, Grill, Play & Have Fun!

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath lakefront and beach front cottage is set up for your quiet getaway! The great room with cathedral ceiling overlooks the back yard and lake.

TV in the living room with a Roku device for you to login to your apps for all your favorite shows. *We have an antenna for local channels but not all channels come in and some channels are spotty.*

Wireless Internet. Desk in the master bedroom for those that cannot get away from work. There is also a working printer if needed.

Central air. Gas fireplace. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Bedding and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for the lake. The kitchen is set up with dishes, pots/pans, etc to make your favorite meals and includes a dishwasher.

There is a large wrap around deck including a gazebo with mosquito netting. Relax and take in the tranquil scenery on the large wooden swing overlooking the lake and next to the fire pit. (Firewood is NOT provided.) There is also tree swing for the kids or take them on a pedal boat ride in the 4-person paddle boat. The kids will love swimming right in the back yard. There is a gradual slope and sandy beach bottom which makes it perfect for the younger ones.

***Golden Sands Lake is a small lake that is peaceful and quiet. No gas motors allowed. Fishing is catch and release only. No outside watercraft allowed on the lake. Parties and events are not allowed here. Loud music and loud noise are not allowed here. Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed. If you would like day guests, you need to get permission.***

***We put the dock in and clean up the swimming area around Memorial Day. We take out the dock around Labor Day.***
