Desert Serenity - Private Pool & Spa, King beds

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this beautifully designed property features a newly built private pool and oversized spa, perfect for lounging and entertaining. Inside you'll find a pleasant and inviting living space, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room. Each of the bedrooms is tastefully decorated with cozy beds and plenty of storage space.

The home is laid out as follows:
- Master bedroom: 1 Cal King bed, daybed (twin or extendable to king size), 65" 4K Smart TV, two large closets
- Bedroom 2: 1 Cal King bed, 55" 4k Smart TV, closet
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, large closet
- An additional twin bed with foldable frame located in master bath closet

Our home is equipped with many modern and easy to use features to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Features such as:
- BRAND NEW Private pool and oversized spa
- Outdoor gas grill, fire pit, and stylish outdoor furniture under a covered patio
- Remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and Nutri-bullet blender
- Three 4k Smart TVs
- Keyless front door entry
- Free in-home washer and dryer
- Free WiFi
- Two car garage

There are tennis courts and a gym available in the community. A guest card is required and located in the tray at the front door entry. Please return them to the tray when not in use. It is $50 to replace lost cards.

Guests must enter and exit the community from the front gate located on Monroe St (48630 Monroe St, Indio, CA 92201). From there - you can use your navigation system to find the house.

There is no street parking allowed. Guests may park up to 4 cars on the property (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of natural gas, a charge is necessary to heat and use the hot tub and pool. Cost to heat only the spa is $30/day. Cost to heat the pool (spa included) is $80/day for the first night, then $30/day consecutive days after. Please let me know if you would like the pool warm when you arrive so I can pre-heat it for you. Guests will be responsible for turning the spa heater on and off. Maximum 87° for the pool. I do not build pool and spa heating into the nightly price due to guests who prefer not to heat the pool or spa.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Perfect fit for our family of 4 and lovable labrador. The home was very clean and was adequately equipped. The owner was easy to get in touch with, attentive and solved an unforseen issue promptly. If you're looking for some quality time and R and R, I'd highly recommend.

Beautiful, well-equipped, relaxing getaway!

Cole's home is above and beyond! Everything is outfitted with quality items - appliances, TVs, AC, smart pool, beds - making this feel like a real luxury getaway. The pool is absolutely perfect between the spa and water features, and the heating works great. Our kids were in heaven and the adults loved the mountain views. We spent the majority of our visit in the pool or spa, even on the windy days, because the heating made it comfortable. Indoors, we loved cycling through the art options on the Smart TV and playing games in the large living room with the comfortable couch. We cooked a fair amount and found everything we needed in the spacious kitchen. The neighborhood is really quiet and beautiful to stroll through with our dog. Cole was one of the most responsive and kind hosts we've ever had, he got back to me incredibly fast when I had a question, and was always very accommodating and helpful. Our kids (5 and 8) said more than once that they wished we could live there! Thank you again to Cole for sharing this property with others and helping us make such a memorable vacation!

Perfect House in the Desert

The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean, very organized, great beds and bedding. The owner was very communicative, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay there again next time we're in Indio.

Great Place!

Visiting for a wedding. Perfect location for us in a safe gated community. Pool and hotub were nice and much needed in the heat. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Desert Serenity

Cole was so good to work with and even helped us add a day to our stay. Our grandkids loved the pool and jacuzzi! Everything was clean and was decorated nicely.

Great stay while attending BNP Paribas Indian Wells!

Cole was super easy to work with; we received check-in instructions quickly and he followed up with us. It was nice being in a gated community. The home was very close to Indian Wells (normally I stay in Palm Springs), so this was a much shorter drive. We never used the pool, but it was nice to look at. The backyard faces the golf course, so there is privacy. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked using all the fans while sleeping. The kitchen was a dream (very large and easy to use). I would definitely stay here again! Cheers, Annette

Great place in Palm Desert

The house is wonderful - exactly as pictured and perfect for our extended family. The location is ideal. We really enjoyed the pool and the outside area with patio and barbeque. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything needed to cook meals. It is a very comfortable and lovely home. We had a little trouble with an appliance, and the host responded immediately and was very helpful.

Relaxing Stay

Nice clean residence. Property Manager, Cole, was informative, helpful and responsive. The pool and spa were great ways to unwind. House has the comforts of home and is as listed. We plan to come back!

A week of Sun and Tranquility

My husband and I stayed here and could not have been more pleased. Everything on the listing was accurate. Cleanliness and communication with owner/manager of a VRBO property is of extreme importance to me and I wasn't disappointed. Cole responded right away to my questions/concerns. All house rules and expectations were clearly outlined. Beautiful home and a quiet neighborhood. Cole was kind enough to offer us early check in and later check out. There were only two suggestions that I'm putting in my review. Very small things. Nothing that would keep me from giving a 5 star rating to this beautiful home. Thank you Cole for your letting us enjoy your home. We will definitely be visiting again. My suggestions: 1. A bit more lighting on the patio by the BBQ. During the summer when it's lighter longer it wouldn't be an issue but in January it was pretty dark and the BBQ can't be moved. 2. Beautiful well equipped kitchen. We love to cook and make a lot of our own meals even on vacation. Keeping plastic wrap, aluminum foil and ziploc bags on hand would be nice for renters to use for food storage/leftovers.

Great property!

This is a great property! Communication with owner was easy and quick responses. House was larger than appears in photos. Backyard was well maintained and pool and spa were fantastic! House was well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Would live to visit there again!

Wonderful House

First step into the house and you can smell how clean it is! Spotless and very nicely appointed. Super quiet neighborhood. Sitting on the patio was wonderful and the pool/hot tub was very relaxing as we watched the golfers go by. We had an issue with the heat but Cole fixed it promptly. Owner is easy to work with and always available. We are definitely going to come back here next year. Thank you Cole for a wonderful trip.

Great place for a relaxing vacation

We had a great time at this house! Cole was very friendly and responsive before our stay. All the information was well communicated and accurate. The house is extremely clean and has a great layout. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The pool and spa were amazing, great design! Heating the pool and spa was simple with the instructions provided. All in all, a wonderful and relaxing stay! Note: If you’re a golfer, it’s very quick and easy to play 9 or 18 holes here.
