Cape Arundel Cottage Preserves is a gated community that is tucked into the woods of Arundel on a 64 -acre preserve hear the beaches of Kennebunkport. The cottage is perfect for beach goers, those visiting int he fall to experience the beauty that comes with fall colors or the festive holiday season and Prelude that happens in Kennebunkport during Christmas. The cottage location is deal as it is close to beaches, the Eastern Hiking Trail and local shopping such as Dock Square and mini golf around the corner for the kids.
Included in this rental is access to two community pools, 6,000 sq/ft clubhouse, kids recreation center with ping pong, air hockey and shuffle board, fire pits, gym access and a cottage loaded with all the necessary cooking equipment. Washer and dryer and BBQ grill are included within the unit. There is one television unit in one bedroom and another in the living room.
Cottage is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with fireplace. One bath has a bathtub and the other is a full standing shower. No pets allowed.
