Situated in the Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve, a relaxing holiday awaits at this well appointed air conditioned cottage. Perks include a pristine kitchen with granite counters and stainless steal appliances, Free WiFi, fireplace, and in home laundry. Dine Al fresco on the patio. Webber Gas grill provided. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the Kennebunkport and Biddeford area or drive 30 minutes to Portland. Swim at one of the two heated communal pools or head 10 minutes to the Coastal Maine beaches. Community Center includes a gym and club house with game room and library. In addition there is a granite outdoor fire table where you can enjoy a beverage on a cool Maine evening. Bocce, horseshoes and 2 fire pits are also adjacent to the community center. CACP has direct access to the Eastern Trail for hiking and biking. This area has something for everyone, not only in the summer but all 4 seasons. Take advantage of the discounted rates in spring and fall. There is a wealth of places to go and things to do within a short drive. Experience Maine, the way life should be.

Wonderful Cottage in Great Location

We really enjoyed our week here. Karen is great at communication and provided all the details to everything you need. The home is beautiful, clean and stocked with all the amenities. It had much more than most rental properties. It was a great size for our family of 5.The community is also very nice for walking and 2 pools. We enjoyed the proximity to Kennebunkport and close to the highways to explore other areas of Maine.

Beautiful home in a lovely new community

This house is in a new development just outside of Kennebunkport. Very quiet, except for the many friendly neighbors who like to walk their dogs around the block. There is a nice community clubhouse with a couple pools and a firepit that was popular. We had no issues with the house. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

The cottage was just as described, lovely and clean. Furnishings were comfortable, very well appointed. All that you might have needed was provided. Comfortable and relaxing environment.

Modern, clean, comfortable home in quiet Southern Maine resort community

The house is brand new and immaculate. The owners clearly take pride in their beautiful home, but at the same time, they want guests to feel relaxed and comfortable during their stay. It is extremely well-equipped with all the comforts. We found the house ideal for what we were looking for, and particularly enjoyed the backyard patio and barbecue grill. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet (other than a few barking dogs, it's absolutely peaceful), the community has two beautiful outdoor swimming pools, a clubhouse with game room, and will soon also have bocce and horseshoes. There is even a mini-golf course just down the street. The location is excellent, close to Kennebunkport, Maine beaches, even Portland and Kittery are both close enough for easy day trips. Truly a special place, so relaxing and so enjoyable. We highly recommend it without hesitation for a wonderful and special Maine getaway.
