This home is fully air-conditioned.

Cape Arundel Cottage Preserves is a gated community that is tucked into the woods of Arundel ona 64-acre preserve near the beaches of Kennebunkport. The cottage is perfect for beach goers, those visiting in the fall to experience the beauty that comes with fall colors to the festive holiday season and Prelude that happens in Kennebunkport. The cottage location is ideal as it is close to beaches, the Eastern Hiking Trail, and local shopping such as Dock Square.
The space
This community is full of amenities such as a 6,000 q/ft clubhouse, gym, Reading Room, fire pit, 2 heated pools (one is a salt water lap pool), and a game room for kids consisting of air hockey, ping pong, poker and shuffleboard
