Escape to this newly updated, loft-style lakefront retreat nestled in a peaceful, deep-water cove in Sunrise Beach. Just minutes from popular lakefront restaurants and bars, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect combination of relaxation, adventure, and breathtaking lake views.

The Space

Designed for comfort and family fun, the open-concept main level features:

• Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home
• Dining area with seating for 8, plus 4 at the breakfast bar, and a convenient coffee bar that holds board games, poker set, playing cards, and books
• Cozy living area with tall windows overlooking the lake and a slider leading to the two-tiered deck

The lower level includes a master bedroom connected to an air-conditioned sunroom leading out to the deck. The sunroom features a futon, children’s books, and an extra fridge for beverages—ideal for kids or a quiet reading nook. A pull-out chair in the living area provides additional sleeping space.

The upper level overlooks the main living area and features 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom with two full bunk beds and a second full bath.

Perfect getaway

Where do I begin?! Everything was amazing! We travelled with a group of 7 adults. The house was perfect for our group. Everything was very clean. The house was easy to find with a great location on the lake. There was a grocery store within 5-10 minutes from the house which made it very easy to get anything we needed. We brought our own boat with us and used the ramp nearby at Papa Chubby’s which was very convenient. The cove was also very clean and all the neighbors were very friendly. The property owners were very responsive and check-in/check-out was very easy. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great cove, big dock, lots of rooms

We had a great time, we were able to somehow fit a boat trailer, a pick up truck, a convertible and 2 SUV's. We brought a pop-up tent for the dock for shade which works great. Lots of steps, would have been better if there was a railing. Hard to share a bathroom with lots of people, would be nice to have a mirror in each room to help with that. The tank for the grill was empty so we had to go and refill it ourselves. Close to a lot of bars/restaurants on the lake and to the grocery store. Overall, the trip was great!

Great location, great home

Our family rented this home this month and had a great time. There were 12 adults and kids plus one infant. The home slept all very comfortably. We prepped all of our meals there at the house and never felt crowded. The outdoor living space was key for us. Covered lower dock, two decks, top level with a nice grill. Kids even caught fish and that kept them away from their gaming systems. We rented a boat and used the slip at the house. Everything about it was perfect. . Definitely will be renting again. If not this year, for sure next.

So much that, my husband, Matt and I recently purchased a lakefront home in Sunrise Beach, MO at the Lake of the Ozarks. We have three children and reside in Altoona, IA just a few hours from the lake and enjoy heading down whenever our schedule allows. We are looking forward to making more memories at the lake and would love to share our home so you can do the same. The Lake of the Ozarks is a great vacation spot offering a plethora of dining, shopping, night life and recreational activities to enjoy.
