Neighborhood Apartment

During our two weeks in Italy we stayed in four different rental properties. This location was the best. The best compliment I can give is that I could see myself living in this apartment, not just vacationing. Location - great. So many close restaurants and shops, walking distance to many sites and the train station. Easy access to other public transportation options (bus and subway). Internet access - terrific. Amenities - perfect. The weather while we were there was hot which was unfortunate (the apartment is airconditioned) but I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome.

An overall pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment

This is a beautiful location and in a great area! Located about half a mile away from the Colosseum. Overall it was a pleasant stay though and the lodging was very comfortable! There were only two downsides, one of the biggest selling points was the spa which was listed as an amenity but there was not one that we could find anywhere in the apartment. The other was the difficulty of over-communicating the host. She seemed to get very upset that we didn't have notifications on so that we could just enjoy our vacation. I understood that she wanted additional information but she seemed to get very upset that we didn't answer immediately and only checked messages once a day. But I think that if those things had been taken care of ahead of time it would have been fine. Overall though it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our time greatly

Hi robin thanks a lot for your nice review. I’m sorry about the spa listing, probably by mistake it was listed, so now I che Jed and removed from the amenities as I never had one, really sorry about it. Regarding the communication just because it was difficult to get the information I needed such as arrival, documents, check out time because you weren’t receiving sms and neither had Whattsup so I just had to hope you were reading the vrbo notifications. In Italy by law I need to register the guests within I 24 hours. Anyhow I hope you enjoyed Rome and my place :)
