Beautiful. comfortable home ready to enjoy with family or friends, or both! Spacious, bright rooms with high ceilings. Wonderful spacious kitchen stocked with amenities to enjoy cooking together. TVs in the family room and in 2 bedrooms. Pool and spa with areas to sunbathe and enjoy the desert air in a very private yard. Internet is provided. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Palm Springs. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, fun destinations, and other amenities nearby. Centrally located to Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta. The house has close, and easy, access to the CA10 freeway and to the Palm Springs Airport (9 minutes away). Ceiling fans throughout and a new HVAC system. Parking available for 2 cars on driveway.
The pool can be heated with equipment that is managed by the owner. There is an additional charge for this that can be discussed before booking.

Our family has owned the home since it was built in 2001. We have rented it long term in the past and have also enjoyed it as a vacation home for our extended family and friends. We recently made the decision to rent again and look forward to others enjoying the beauty of the desert environment and relaxing in our home.

When we started our search for a vacation home in 2001, we looked at many properties in the cities near Palm Springs. We found this home to be spacious, bright, private, comfy inside and out, and in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are mostly younger families who enjoy walking in the mornings and early evenings. The family room is central between the kitchen and the pool area making it great for entertaining or just relaxing. The bedrooms provide a place of calm and relaxation. The landscaping is lush and creates a private place to enjoy swimming, sunning, and dining.
