Just minutes from beaches, skiing, hiking, and local favorites, it’s ideally located for both adventure and ease. With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a smart, three-floor layout, there’s space for everyone to stretch out—or come together.

Incline Village was the perfect mix of natural beauty and convenience. The lake, the skiing, the trails—those were a given. But what really sold us was how peaceful it feels without being remote. You can sip coffee on the deck with lake views, then be on the slopes or at the beach in minutes. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and stay present.

It’s rare to find a home with this much space that also feels so thoughtfully designed. Guests often tell us it’s the only place they’ve stayed where the kitchen actually works for a group, the bedrooms are comfortable for both kids and adults, and the layout just… makes sense. The lake views don’t hurt either.
