A beautiful, roomy one bedroom cabin nestled in the trees. Anchors Away features an open concept kitchen / living room complete with all the necessities and TV with Internet access. Sink in to the comfy king sized bed with adjoining 4 piece bathroom. Relax in a rocker on the front porch and enjoy the views of our property. Includes back porch and fire pit for evening s'mores and relaxing. Anchors Away is conveniently located between Star Pointe (4 miles), Eagle Cove (2 miles) and only 15 minutes to Sunset Marinas! Take advantage of all that the area has to offer and visit Cordell Hull Birthplace Museum and Bunkum Cave. Visit Livingston, TN for antiquing, shopping, town square and many restaurants and only 25 minute drive.

Outstanding cottage

Perfect little cottage for 2 people. I was very impressed with the amenities and the cleanliness of the home. It is also nicely located to Dale Hollow lake and the nearest city Byrdstown. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place to get away and relax

Butch, Lisa and Nitro (dog) had a wonderful time staying at Anchors Away. The cabin was very clean and just what we needed. There is a paved driveway which was nice for our Z19 Nitro bass boat. I would highly recommend staying there if you get the chance. I know we will be back for sure and very soon.

Peace and Quiet

Great property for 1 or 2. Cabin was clean, great location, wonderfully peaceful and quiet. Sit and chill or plan next day’s adventure on either front or private back porch. Excellent communication with host before trip and during. Plenty of parking right at the cabin for your boat. A great option for singles or couples.

Really enjoyable stay!

The property was very clean. Kitchen utensils were provided for ease of in-home cooking. The coffee machine was a nice touch! Property owners were friendly, but well respectful of privacy. Would definitely return for another stay here in the future. Only downside was lengthy drives to food or groceries.

My husband and I love Dale Hollow Lake, and we have stayed in many cabins throughout the years…this was our favorite cabin!! It had everything we needed, was definitely the perfect size for the two of us, and had a lot of driveway/parking area for our truck and boat! Plus it was very close to Star Point Marina, which is our favorite boat ramp to put in. The Wilsons were very accommodating and quick to respond, any time we had questions! The only negative thing that I could say about the whole cabin or experience, would be that the bed was uncomfortable for both of us…a little on the hard side. But it still wasn’t something that would keep us from staying there again!! We had a wonderful time and loved our stay at this cute and cozy cabin! Thank you so much, for sharing your place with us!! We do plan to come back!Rick and Jamie

Lovely and relaxing

This property was so perfect for a quick getaway! I loved how secluded the home was. The absolutely beautiful winding countryside brought peace to my soul as we made our way to the cabin. The road has historical landmarks along the way as a fun surprise too for travelers. The house itself was so lovely and clean. This well maintained and stylish spot was ever so pristine. Perfect for a nice relaxing time away from it all! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience at your property!
