• A rental/vehicle application must be submitted before arrival. Wallenpaupack Lake Estates is strict about guest and vehicle registration. Late applications may incur a $100 community fee, which the guest will be responsible for.
• Pennsylvania law requires a valid fishing license for anyone fishing in the community lakes. Guests are responsible for following all state and community regulations.
• No golf cart is available for guest use.
