The 4-season porch and spacious common areas provide comfort year-round for your entire group. Designed for both relaxation and everyday living, this rare property is available for midterm stays, ideal for families, professionals, or anyone seeking a luxury extended stay on Lake Michigan.
Secluded enough to enjoy your own piece of Lake Michigan but close to restaurants and stores for all your needs. Room for multiple families with separate living and dining areas on both levels. 4-season porch runs the whole length of the house for amazing views of Lake Michigan during any weather. 242 feet of Lake Michigan frontage.
Game room pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and more. Yard games for your enjoyment while enjoying an amazing view of the lake. There is room for up to 6 cars at the property. No campers or trailers of any kind allowed.

Please note that the property has a 30-day minimum. You will be sent our rental agreement once you book your stay.

Beautiful family home right on Lake Michigan. Stunning beach. Gorgeous home and well laid out for families of all sizes. Sleepy part of NW Michigan but we love that. Host was very easy to work with, check in simple, and home was pristine. Price was a tad high but can’t complain too much given the quality of the home. We will be back!

Great place

Beautiful, new, clean house, great view, excellent beach. 104 steps up from the beach, but well worth it to have stairs down to such a fine beach.

Summer Family Fun

Our family of 16 had a wonderful time in a beautiful location and a beautiful home. Lots of family time at the beach, golfing, and game time in the large game room. Our host responded promptly to all of our needs. The beautiful sunsets contributed to a week we will always remember!

House on the water

Our entire family of 16 people enjoyed a full week in Muskegon. This house provided everything we needed to enjoy the water and surroundings. The house had ample room for everyone and lots of options for entertainment. I would recommend this to any large group! You'll love it!

Priceless time with family

We had a great time with my family. The view is outstanding and if you have bad luck with the weather there is plenty of things to do indoor. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is yard game, outdoor seating… truly made for a great time by Lake Michigan. The only thing to make sure you are aware of is that due to proximity with forest there is a risk for tick and mosquito. the day we left insect repellent company was coming to work on the yard.You can trust the host to be prompt answering your question or concern.

Gorgeous house in gorgeous location

We had a family gathering of 16 people here. We loved the large porch where we could all sit together for meals, games and watching the sunsets. The kitchen was another great spot to gather while cooking and washing up. The beach was quiet with nice areas to walk along the waterfront in both directions. We did encounter some challenges with accessibility for my Dad, who depends on a walker for getting around. Neither the front entry steps nor the garage steps had a railing he could hold. The back steps had a very secure railing so he could safely go up and down those stairs but he couldn’t easily walk in the sandy lawn to get to the front where the cars were. A strong railing in front would have made a big difference for his safety. Also, there are 2 pairs of bedrooms that are connected so you need to walk through one to get to the other. This results in a lack of privacy that can be awkward for groups of adults. We loved the game room and also made good use of the board games in the basement. The local Montague grocery store had a good selection of food for everyone in our group (including vegetarian and gluten-free items)

It feels remote yet is close to restaurants and groceries, so you won't spend all your time driving around. There's room for multiple families at this luxury home. The game room in the garage will keep everyone busy during those occasional rainy times and has screened garage doors to keep the insects out and still enjoy the fresh lake air. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy your own piece of Lake Michigan.
