Family visit

Met up with family from other MT town. Place was great but neighborhood with abandoned garages and trains was a bit distracting. Overall great property though.

Very nice place

Beautifully remodeled home. Very nice, clean, and well cared for. The location worried me at first, but when I saw the home all that worry went away. I would definitely stay there again!

Great place

We really enjoyed this house, it’s very updated all throughout and super clean. It has all the essentials, really fast internet, and a very comfortable bed. The host was flexible with our check-out time as well which was appreciated. We did have some trouble with the code unlocking the front door - it would take us 3 or 4 tries to get in whenever we returned to the house, but it’s possible we were doing something wrong. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautifully Renovated

We loved this property. The home is newly renovated and very well appointed. Communication with the owner was very easy. Although a gradual uphill walk many of the city highlights were within 1 mi or so. Parking along the street in front of the house was never a problem. We loved watching and listening to the trains. Would highly recommend.

Gates fishing trip

Really nice accommodations, we stayed two nights I believe, got up early and went fishing. Really nice and comfortable to return and relax. There were only two of us and we both enjoyed the property. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

So Clean and Perfect

We loved the layout, the entire house was so well appointed and VERY clean. Everything was easy to find and all the special touches (ice maker and chocolates) were very appreciated. We will be staying again.

Relaxing Spot

We stayed for one night while Christmas shopping and this place was beyond perfect. The bed was cozy, house was immaculate and the host incredibly responsive and kind. We have already planned another weekend getaway with the whole family!

The Most Relaxing Time

This was my first time in Montana due to a work function. When searching for hotels, everything was either sold out, too expensive, or didn’t appear safe/sanitary. Brandon was willing to accommodate me & honored a price adjustment within my allowed per diem limit. I must say I had a better stay than any of my coworkers! I felt so at home & had the best sleep I’d experienced in a long time. I felt safe & incredibly comfortable. The home is impeccable with absolutely everything you could possibly need! I loved how everything was labeled which made it so easy to navigate the home from day one. I would stay here again if the opportunity arose, & I would bring my family! The communication was excellent - from booking to check-out; Brandon always responded in a timely manner to address anything I needed. There is a train, but the noise was kept at a respectable level at all times - even if there was a random (relatively strained) “toot” at night - at no point did it ever blare during my stay. Yes you can hear the low rumble, but that didn’t bother me at all. I did get blocked twice, but only for a few minutes. The house next door looks a bit questionable, but they kept their grounds neat & I’d like to hire whoever keeps up their yard 😆. They were good neighbors - no complaints. Book this place!!! You’ll feel right at home & won’t want to leave 💕

This is the cutest and coziest place! We will be back. Thank you for the fun little additions in the bathroom and also for having a Keurig! The king bed was an added bonus!

Exceptional property!

Lovely home, with every detail on point! Beautiful, comfortable and clean The home owner has done a wonderful job with everything from the decor to the furniture to the linens and towels. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. They even have a drawer in the bathroom with items “maybe forgotten” which was an unexpected touch. We’d love to stay in this property again! Can’t say enough good things about it! Bravo homeowner, bravo!

Great stay!

This place was perfectly clean, well stocked and super close to everywhere we needed to go. The king size bed in the large bedroom was amazingly comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great rental!

What an amazing rental! So cozy and comfortable. It was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the “extras”. Would highly recommend this rental. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Helena.

Loved everything about this lovely house! Home was so clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Home looked like a model home absolutely beautiful! There was a bit of noise from road/trains at night. Great experience!

What a wonderful home. It appears to be newly remodeled. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Everything was very comfortable and I recommend staying here. It is right next to the train tracks and there is a lot of trains going by day and night. There was a fan in the room so that helped to wash out a lot of the noise. Thank you!
