Average, but there is better in the area

When I arrived at the property, Google maps led me to the courtyard Marriott next-door. However, I was quickly able to determine where I should be. When I drove up, the property looks beautiful and is back lit well. Parking seemed sufficient and safe. The staff greeted me right away and I was able to check in fairly quickly. I had a lot of questions and the office staff were able to answer all my questions. When you get to the room, the experience changes. The water temperature does not get above 80° in the bathroom. The AC does not accurately cool the room there is no visitor guide in the room to help you navigate the amenities there is no USB ports in the room and they only supply you one large pot to cook on and the stove is on a timer and it cannot even adequately cook eggs lastly the breakfast, though better than most is offered at very early times to encourage to check out quicker

Adequate

My unit didn't look like the one in the picture but it was similar. I didn't realize that this is just a hotel that has a mini kitchen. I thought it was a condo. It was adequate for my short stay but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

eclipse weekend

We were already staying in the area fir an event, then realized the eclipse was the very next day so we tried to extend our stay where we were at and the price went up $400 Wowzers!!! so we looked on VRBO and this listing was available with a reasonable rate, YAY!!! so we booked it with low expectations. We were SUPRIZED!!! to say the least. The place was clean, They were under renovations no annoying noise or messes. The complementary breakfast was really good. The best part was the staff was ready and eager to answer any questions we had.
