Gorgeously renovated unit, wood floors throughout. High end furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen w/ washer and dryer in unit. Dead end street with quiet, friendly neighborhood and entrance to Saco Riverwalk that goes right into downtown (restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques). Gorgeous Ferry Beach and State Park 8 minute drive. Mins to hospitals & Portland.
The space
Freshly renovated and lovingly decorated! Care has been taken to make your stay special and memorable. Bright with light-filled windows and a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bottom unit with separate smart lock entrances and room for two cars to park in the driveway and unlimited on street parking in front of house. Stocked kitchen with all you will need for your stay.

Convenient Location and Great Host

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The fresh coffee beans and grinder were great. Backyard firepit was enjoyable. Short drive into town for restaurants and other businesses. We would stay at this property again.

We are a family of four. 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was absolutely perfect. Well kept, everything was clean and ready for us as promised. The washer and dryer can in very handy for the days when we came back from the beach. We had people in the apartment above us and we didn’t really see or hear them but if we had I still think the experience would have been great. There is a great backyard area. Katherine was very responsive and kind throughout our trip. Highly- highly recommend this home to rent. Great beaches and restaurants and ice cream close by! Super close to Old Orchard, Scarborough and even close enough for a day trip to Wells!
