Okay - not impressed with VRBO!
Location was great! Clientele throughout the establishment was not consistent. It seemed full-time residents were present. Queen size bed in unit when ad stated King size. A few bugs were spotted in the unit. Otherwise, Unit appeared clean, but maintenance is highly needed. Maid service is limited, but they are very attentive. Front desk service was satisfactory, not as attentive. I was told clean towels are available upon request. When it came time to change out towels I was told I had to wait and not told how long. Credit card was charged 100, not placed on “hold” for incidentals as told. I will need to monitor to make sure refund is completed. Due to the holiday season, no other locations were available so we had to stay. I guess you get what you pay for! Not pleased as first time user of VRBO.
