Newly available! Absolutely beautiful, modern and comfortable 2 BR/2.5 BA home right on Lake Eufaula, Alabama (Walter F George Lake if you're from Georgia). Private boat dock and ramp.
Gorgeous lake views come standard from large screened porches on main floor and smaller deck off of Master BR on 2nd floor with lots of windows overlooking the lake. Located at entrance to Thomas Mill Creek and close to "The Island" and Fort Gaines. Jacuzzi tub. The perfect retreat after a great day of fishing or boating o the lake! We love it here, and we hope you do, too. If you like to boat or bass fish, Lake Eufaula is the place for you. Large driveway to accommodate 2 trucks with boat trailers. Central heat and air conditioning. Charcoal grill available. Super-fast Starlink Internet service. See listing #9074137 for our larger property next door or if you need room for more people.

All I can say is WOW! This place is just as gorgeous as the pictures, if not more. It has a full unobstructed view of the lake and is next to private boat launch (so not loud or busy). It has its own dock which you can fish or swim off of, or just soak your feet. Water is warm and very clean and clear.The best part is the fully screened patio to enjoy the weather and the view with no bugs and it is coverd so you are never in the sun. Comfy chairs and nice tables to play games or eat.The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook. There are plenty of dishwasher tabs to keep up on dishes and a washer/dryer on-site as well. We only used the master bedroom, but it was lovely with another screened porch and view of the lake. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Both bathrooms upstairs were good sized and the host leaves hygiene minis if you need them. High quality fluffy towels are provided.The unit is very quiet and we never heard the neighbors.If you are looking for fun on a lake or just peace and a beautiful nature experience, this is the place. We saw egrets, herons, hawks and many other birds and critters in the area.The host was friendly and responded quickly to messages. Dont hesitate to book this property. We live 13 hours away, but are already looking for excuses to return.

This property was PERFECT for a fishing get away!!! Having the ability to launch the boat at the house was so convenient. The house was nice, clean and just an amazing beautiful view of the lake.

In 2018, we came to visit my best friend from the Navy who had just built a new home on the lake. While we were out on the water, we saw this house, and it was love at first sight. The style, the views, the decks, the ramp, the dock, and the yard were all just perfect for our family, and we truly love the people of this area. This is our happy place, and we love making memories here and hope that you will, too.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This house is next door to the home we bought in 2018, and when this home came available in 2022, we had to seize upon the opportunity. This home is a true family home as my children have participated in this purchase and have made the commitment to making Lake Eufaula our family's happy place for years to come, and that is why we have so few reviews. This location is absolutely perfect. The views are stunning, and having a private boat ramp makes life so much easier. In my life, I cannot live without reliable high-speed internet, and we were the first to install Starlink at the lake. We like to be comfortable when we are there, and we like things to work as they should. Nobody has ever complained about staying in our home.
