Experience the ultimate family getaway in the heart of Shaver Lake with this beautiful mountain home! Nestled in the highly sought-after East Village, this cabin offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. We recently updated all of the downstairs flooring to vinyl wood flooring.

The Toste Cabin is in prime location of Shaver Lake! While the cabin feels the right amount of secluded, you are still walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and even the lake!!
Experience the ultimate family getaway in the heart of Shaver Lake with this beautiful mountain home! Nestled in the highly sought-after East Village, this cabin offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The fully stocked, upgraded kitchen features gleaming stainless-steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The adjacent dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6, as well as 4 bar stools for casual dining. The open floor plan ensures that the conversation flows easily while cooking and dining, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your family to enjoy.
The cozy living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure in Shaver Lake. Featuring two plush leather couches, a recliner, and a large flat screen TV with Dish cable and a DVD player, there's something for everyone to enjoy. For those chilly mountain nights, guests can snuggle up by the wood burning stove, with an ample supply of firewood provided for your comfort.
The main floor master bedroom offers a king size bed, as well as a nightstand and comfortable chair for ultimate relaxation. Guests will appreciate the thoughtfully provided linens and extra blankets, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The nearby full-size bathroom features a sink, toilet, and shower/tub, with towels and soaps provided for your convenience.
Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. One bedroom features a queen and twin size bed, while the other bedroom is the perfect kids' haven, featuring a queen size bed and a bunkbed with a full size bottom and twin size top.
In effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no pets, feathers, or down in this home.
Step outside to the spectacular outdoor space, featuring a sprawling wooden deck that wraps around the cabin, offering the perfect spot to relax and breathe in the fresh mountain air. The surrounding space is perfect for families to frolic and play in the snow during the winter months.
Proceed east on Highway 168 until you arrive in the town of Shaver Lake. Turn right onto Sparrow Rd. then turn left onto Redwood Rd, follow the road to the right. this road turns into Robin Rd. Finally, turn left onto Elderberry Rd and the house is on the right hand side on the corner of Elderberry Rd and Robin Rd.
We deeply value all our guests and aim to provide a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Unfortunately, due to severe allergies in the property owner or key household members, we are unable to accommodate service dogs at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Heating: This property has central heating and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Please understand that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer than downstairs.
AC: This property does NOT have air conditioning. However, fans are provided during summer months to help keep the air circulating.
Please note that charging electric vehicles on the property is not permitted. This includes plugging into any outdoor outlets, garage outlets, or extension cords. Guests found charging their vehicles on-site will be subject to a $200 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the safety and electrical integrity of the property.
