Thank you so much, Christopher. We’re really glad you enjoyed the location and the spacious layout of the penthouse, and we appreciate your kind words about the water pressure, AC, and overall comfort. It’s great to hear that communication felt easy throughout your stay. You were excellent guests, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime.

It was an absolutely pleasure to host you in our penthouse in Rio. You were an ideal guest and we hope you will return 1 day soon! We look forward to it!

Thank you Matt for your kind praise of your stay at The Coral Penthouse. It's so gratifying to know that we could be your 'home' in Rio, a place to relax after a long day at the beach or exploring the city. Come back soon! David

Hi April, We are so pleased you enjoyed your visit to Rio and the Penthouse. Thank you so much for the lovely review. We look forward to your return visit in the future. Best to you, Max, Property Manager

Thanks for the high praise for both the penthouse and the team that takes care of it and the guests. I look forward to having you return to Rio!

Joe, you've done a great job of not only describing the apartment but the neighborhood and all the wonderful things to do and eat near my apartment. It was a pleasure to have you in my penthouse. Please come back again!

Thank you so much for your 5-Star review. You were wonderful guests.

Thank you, Vanessa, for choosing to stay in my Coral Penthouse. It was a pleasure to host you and your friends. And thank you for your detailed and positive 5-star review. I am so glad you and your friends liked the penthouse with its huge garden terraces and large bedrooms and open living room/American kitchen. And also recognized its super convenient location just 2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from the subway, in a vibrant, safe neighborhood full of restaurants, juice bars, shops, and grocery stores. An unfamiliar neighborhood can sometimes produce a little anxiety. But our neighborhood is overwhelmingly safe, but a good street sense is always good to have no matter where you are. I'm so happy that you were able to experience an iconic football match in the legendary Maracana stadium. Logistics are difficult for tourists and Adriano was happy to help. I am sorry you didn't mention the problem you had with the AC, we would have solved that immediately as well as the fan. My manager says the remote control was set to 30 Celsius the same as 86 Fahrenheit, so the AC did not really kick in. I'm sorry for any confusion. Thank you again, Vanessa, for staying in my home. You were wonderful guests, and would be welcome back anytime!

Thank you, John, for the 5-star review! It was a real pleasure to have you and your friends stay in the penthouse. I am so glad we provided such a wonderful experience for you. That is our mission and our goal to have our guests have an unforgetable time in this marvelous city! You were 5-star guests, and we look forward to your return! David

Thank you so much for your enthusiastic review. It was a great pleasure to host you and your family for this very special, surprise birthday celebration you had in Rio. You are ideal guests, excited to explore and do all the great things Rio has to offer. We are pleased to help with reservations, tips, tours, etc. with our 24/7 concierge service for all guests. We are so happy you found The Coral Penthouse to be "Brazilian heaven". And although the building is not a super rich condominium, we are happy with the continuing improvements it is making -- new lobby, new elevators, etc. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us in Rio. It was a delight to have you and look forward to your return!

Hey Kieron, Thank you so much for those nice words about the Coral Penthouse and the staff. I hope I can see you and your friends again! Kind Regards, Max Homsi

We are so happy that you and your friends enjoyed the Apartment and our recommendations. The door will always be open for the next time. Kind Regards, Max

Hey Vonnie, It was a great pleasure to have you staying with us in our apartment and I am so glad to hear that you were pleased with my services. I have traveled the world over and realize how nice it is to find everything you need when you walk in. That is our goal. Many thanks for coming to stay and look forward to seeing you again. Kind Regards, Max

Gracias por el comentario.! Esperamos volver a recibirlos pronto. Gracias. Max, Property Manager

The private upstairs suite has it's own full bathroom, and enormous garden terraces with dramatic views of the mountains, jungle and city. It's reached by a circular staircase which gives it a feel as though it's all on its own. Large luggage is a little tricky to navigate on the staircase, but our staff are always available to help.

Joe, I look forward to your return!

No one should hesitate with a last minute request. We try our best to be of service to our guests.

I'm always so happy to help make people's first stay in Rio so memorable. All the hard work, preparation and attention to detail is justified when I receive comments like this.

Thank you for the great review! I'm glad we could make your stay so memorable.

Priit and his friends were wonderful guests. A delight to have at the penthouse. And I'm so happy that the apartment exceeded their expectations. I look forward to their return to Rio!
