Looking for a very nice-updated 1st floor condo (parking is under condo, so there are stairs) with fantastic direct beach views! This unit is amazing! Openness is just what you need to be able to relax. We provide many amenities to make you feel right at home. The bedroom/hallway wall has been removed for more space. Laundry is available right out the front door.. This unit has everything you need to get away and relax. Great pool and kids pool, TV's, Wifi and much more. Just a short walk to the USS Lexington, What-a-burger field and the Aquarium. Corpus Christi has so many things to do...and did I mention you are right on the beach? There is also a paved path next to the beach for wonderful evening walks or rent a scooter and cruise down the beach to one of the many restaurants by the USS Lexington.

Great Location!

We had a great time! The location was amazing. The ease of the walk to the beach was worth the entire trip. We ended up walking every night to the restaurants down the beach. The only downsides were the pool was hot. It was like swimming in a hot tub and it was filled with fuzz - but is not the property owners fault. Another thing is the cable was super slow and we were unable to watch anything our entire stay. All-in-all we will defiantly keep this place in mind next time.

Perfection

I loved the condo and view. I will be reaching out to the owner to re-book again. I needed help with the door not locking, I called owner he answered on the first ring and walked me through it.

We are a married couple who live in the mid west and adore the area of Corpus Christi. We love coming down in the winter months to escape the cold, but if you are looking to escape the summer heat..the ocean is always cool and breezy.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This condo is only 420 sq ft, but has amazing views of the ocean, wake up in the morning and sit on the deck and enjoy your coffee while hearing the wave crash on the shore. The USS Lexington and aquarium are walking distance (1/4 mile) from here as well as What-a-Burger field. There are scooters available most days (download the app) and pay by the min and cruise down the beach. After a long day on the beach or one of the many attractions, pull up a chair and relax by the pool.

There are two pools on the property, one is heated and one is not. There is also a kiddy pool for the little ones. You are less than 150 feet away from the ocean..how cool is that? Only a few condos that face the ocean directly...so worth it for the view.
