Embrace life in the Deep South in this spacious, tastefully appointed home which sleeps 6 adults comfortably and is located just a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of downtown Natchez and the Mississippi River. Although centrally located, Elmsley Cottage is on a quiet street and the loudest thing you will hear is the clip-clop of the horse and carriage going to and from downtown. And, the patio opens onto a private driveway.

Elmsley Cottage is the perfect property for a stay in Natchez. Eric is very attentive and patiently answered questions and ensured our stay was perfect. The property is well maintained, tastefully decorated and within walking distance of downtown.

Perfect for a group

We greatly enjoyed this location. We were able to all have separate sleeping quarters, but we could gather in the kitchen or living room.

Family time in Natchez

Great location. House was perfect for us. Easy walk to town. Very clean and beautiful. The host did an excellent job communicating.

Perfection

The property was exactly as pictured. We stayed for Thanksgiving and there was ample cookware, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, etc. There was also all the extras like serving dishes, platters, cloth napkins. The layout is ideal with bedrooms well separated and each with it's own water closet/bathroom. The beds and linens were all nice, the water pressure in the bathrooms excellent. The lighting was good, all lamps worked. There was also plenty of supplies such as toilet paper and trash bags. Checking in was a cinch and we arrived earlier than expected, but it was no problem. Checkout was more than reasonable, without a list of chores accompanying our packing. Everyone loved the house and would rent it again. I can say with all honesty, this is hands down the best house we've rented, and we rent a few each year. Perfect and professional.
