New home located just off 127 one mile from Lake Cumberland State Park and multiple boat ramps.
Three Bedroom Two and a half bath. All solid Poplar hardwood floors. 1200 plus feet of wrap around porch on 1 1/2 acre.
Great home for a family getaway. Sleeps 8.
Amazing kitchen with all appliances, and kitchen items to make your vacation easy.
Microwave, Blender, Kurig, Hand mixer, Milk Shake Maker, Crock Pot and much more. Our wrap around porch offers outdoor living at its best. A heavy duty custom made table and benches for outdoor dining on rear screened porch. Outdoor Ceiling fans, Lexington Pellet Grill, Wall mounted outdoor TV, Wood Ice Chest near grill.
Rocking chairs to take in the beautiful sunsets and wildlife watching.

Comfortable beds with 100% Cotton Sheets and feather pillows in master and guest room. Ceiling fans and Roku televisions

Bunk Room is a haven for littles, Roku television, and room to play.

Great room is attached to kitchen. Large Fire Stick TV, Surround Sound & DVD player.

Laundry Room with stack set washer and Dryer
Huge Gravel Parking area, a must for those who travel with their boat
Parking should accommodate two vehicles and boat on trailer.
Custom Fire Pit
* Our cabin is my favorite place! We really want our guest to have a worry free vacation.
Our kitchen is stocked with most seasonings & spices. Coffee to get you started on your first day in.
Dish soap, dish washer soap.
Shampoo and Soaps in all baths.
Laundry room with detergent, just enough for a load or two

We welcome families but our front yard is not recommended for children unattended. Beyond the tree line is off limits in front yard. Seasonal creeks run through our property. They are beautiful to look at from the porch. It is steep and slippery in some areas.

The side and back yard have flat areas that are better suited for building a evening fire in our custom fire pit or play corn hole.

The check-in process was very easy. This cabin is beautiful, very clean & is well stocked. It’s just a mile from Lake Cumberland State Park entrance. We loved our stay & hope to return soon.

Lake Cumberland family trip

Great trip! We brought my parents and put them in the downstairs suite then we stayed upstairs with our three kids. The house was fully stocked. We had tons of towels and lots of space. The grill was great! Porch was awesome to sit out on and drink coffee! This was our second time staying there, we will be back again!

Perfect Little Spot

With so few options in this part of Kentucky to find a nice VRBO, I found a perfect little spot minutes away from the lake and river. The house was super clean. It had all the amenities you would need, and the host was a great communicator. I would highly recommend you check this place out.

Amazing property!

We had such a wonderful stay! More than enough room for our family of 4 and then for our friends (also a family of 4) that joined us for a few days. We loved the proximity to the lake and the house had more than we could ask for. Loved reading in the hammock and enjoyed cooking out on the grill too. Beds were very comfortable. Also loved that we had plenty of room to park our boat, which is usually an issue with other rentals around! This place is definitely the best we have stayed at in the area and we will definitely be back!

Cumberland Comfort

This home was very comfortable and clean. My hubs and I came down to boat on Cumberland. There was plenty of space to turn our trailer around in the driveway. We very much enjoyed sitting on the porch and drinking coffee. Even though it rained a bunch, we had a relaxing time hanging out at the house. Thanks so much! Five stars

Beautiful Gem

This is an adorable place within 15 minutes of the Lake Cumberland State Dock. We rented for a business trip for one couple and two singles, and it was perfect. It would also be perfect for a family trip. The house is so cozy and inviting, and was so nice and clean. I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the gorgeous wrap around porch and fire pit! Highly recommend.

More than expected

Our stay was fantastic. The house and property were more than what I expected. Usually pictures you see have filters and when you arrive its doesn't quit look the same but this was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Many cool amenities and the house had everything and then some to make our stay complete. Tastefully decorated. I would most definitely return if we decide to head back to Lake Cumberland.

Summer 2023 Lake Vacation

My husband and 2 adult daughters spent the week here and it was absolutely fabulous. We rented a boat slip at State Dock And boated and skied every day . It’s a short drive to the marina. We loved the wrap around porch for relaxing during the rainy hours . We also enjoyed the fire pit and almost complete a puzzle that the owner has at the house. The parking lot is very big so was great for parking a boat trailer and get turned around . It was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had. Will definitely rent here again

I found our property while traveling the 127 Yard Sale. Lake Cumberland is just an amazing place. Lake Cumberland State Park entrance is a mile from our home. The Dam, and multiple boat ramps are within 3 miles. The Fish Hatchery, playground, and hiking trails are great places to visit with the family! Jamestown has many unique restaurants, and a it is just a few miles to Russell Springs!
We wanted to have a home with lots of parking, something that’s convenient when traveling with our boat. Our parking should accommodate two to three vehicles and a boat and trailer.
We offer a plug outdoors for electric vehicle charging.
