Lovely environment to be in, secure and safe, and close to the train and bus station and NorthPark Mall. A great café is around the corner, close to hospitals and in a nice area in the center of the city. Nice lake view.

This prime location is also just a short drive away from healthcare centers, Knox/Henderson, Mockingbird Station, Uptown Dallas, Richardson's Telecom Corridor, and local universities.
