Spacious 2nd story private apartment located in tree-lined, bucolic neighborhood of Carriage Hills. Well lit with natural light, breakfast counter, and ample closet space.

Queen size bed sleeps 2. Should there be a travelling minor (3rd) they can conceivably fit on the loveseat or La-Z-Boy. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 minor.

Cable TV and high speed internet included.

Washer/dryer, full size refrigerator/freezer, small space oven, dual stove burners, and good size great room to relax.

NO CATS ACCEPTED!

Dogs accepted with $75 fee for the first 2. Please contact host if bringing more. Please advise prior.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood

This was a perfect spot for us, very peaceful by and a great walking neighborhood. The yard for the dog was large enough for a good play time.

Perfect for our needs!

Dan is a great host and puts so much into communication and thoughtful touches we felt quite at home there. The apartment and yard is very dog friendly and the location was close to everything.

Great visit to Greensboro.

We were visiting our daughter who is a student at Guilford. The layout of the apartment was perfect for us to both be working remotely. Dan is a great communicator and very responsive to any needs we had.

Nice hidden treasure. close to everything!

My Husband and had a wonderful stay at this property, located over a gararge next to the Owners home- with complete privacy. Dan was an exceptional Host, available when needed. The apartment had everything we needed as well. We were visiting for our Granddaughter's graduation from High Point University and were happy to have such a spacious comfortable place to lay our heads each night. Skip the small cramped, hotel room and stay here! The location is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. If we are ever in the area again, we will definately stay again!

Great Location!

Stay was a nice weekend back with family and location was close to where we use to live in Greensboro. As rental property owners ourselves, we compare all of our stays to our properties. Furnishings could use a little updating and shower needs to be re-caulked. Towels were awesome and plentiful. Communication and checking process were excellent!

Clean, comfortable, humble abode.

A very clean and simple apartment. Very well appointed for a compact over-garage apartment. Very well set up for travelers. A gem

Wonderful space to stay. The location was about 5 minutes from the event I was attending (a plus!). Host Dan was wonderful and made certain I had everything I needed. It is a warm and charming space and a wonderful alternative to an impersonal hotel room. Thank you Dan.

Carriage Hills is very quiet, safe, and a joy to walk in the morning for exercise and clear one's head for the day. There are many side roads in the neighborhood to take a walk and greet your fellow neighbors, most of whom will wave back. :-)

Besides it outstanding value it is also closely located (within 10-15 minutes) of all the great things to do in Greensboro. Serene and quiet it is also minutes away from major thoroughfares and expedited ways to get where you are going.
