Very bad Landlord - stay away
I am writing to express my profound disappointment. I made a reservation through your website for a luxury apartment from July 14th to 17th. The decision to book in advance was based on the assurance of obtaining a reasonable price without compromising on quality. However, my excitement quickly turned into despair when, on the afternoon of July 14th, the supposed check-in day, I received a notification from the landlord stating that my reservation had been abruptly canceled.
This unexpected cancellation left me and my family, including two kids, stranded on the streets without any place to stay. In a state of urgency, I immediately reached out to your customer service for assistance. Regrettably, the support I received was far from satisfactory. The representative only offered a one-night stay at a hotel and assured me that the rebooking team would contact me shortly to arrange a new booking with a similar price-to-quality ratio. However, to my dismay, no one from your company contacted me the following day, leaving my family and me in yet another desperate situation without accommodation.
