Loved it!

First time at this property and we weren't at all disappointed! The townhouse was so spacious! We had family come in for a few days for our grandson's graduation and there was plenty of room. When we first checked in I noticed how clean it was and the view was so pretty of the lake! Gary the Property Manger was fantastic! Besides being so personable and making sure all was ok, he made sure to get back to us right away with a few small issues. The townhouse is so close to many restaurants and stores and the neighborhood is pretty and quiet. There is 3 full bathrooms which we didn't need the majority of the time but when family was in it was perfect. There is no doubt we would stay again!

Just enjoyed ourvJan/Feb stay @ your townhome which is very spacious/clean/comfortable/well supplied with a 'cooks kitchen'.Location is convenient to shopping/restaurants/highways/beach/parks/casinos etc.The owner Gene is very accomodating to our needs along with Manager, Gary who addressed any questions we may have had in a timely manner.. We've been staying here for multiple years now. The enclosed lanai looks out to the lake & nature @ it's best.Thank You Gene/Gary

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Wir waren mit meinem Mann, unserer Tochter und unserem Schwiegersohn zu Weihnachten in Florida. Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt von 9 Nächten im Haus von Monica und Gene. Wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, ist das Haus sehr schön, mit freier Sicht ins Grüne und Wasserkanäle und alles, was wir brauchten, um mehrere Tage bequem zu genießen, war vorhanden. Es liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage, in der Nähe von öffentlichen Golf- und Tennisclubs, und ist eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Die Koordination hat auch gut funktioniert.Vielen Dank Monica, Gene und Gary

Once again, we enjoyed our month long stay @ this rental. Already booked our 2m. for next year🌞 The location is excellent- close to beach/restaurants/shopping/parks/casinos and more. Manager Gary is very accomodating to our needs & great personality for his position. The townhome is very spacious & clean with a chefs kitchen for those who like to cook and an amazing screened in lanai overlooking the lake. Great for nature lovers/bird watchers. We recommend this unit-you won't be disappointed👍🌴

Mixed bag

The house was 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a well-stocked eat-in kitchen. The lanai with a table and chairs and the primary bedroom terrace had a view of the lake and grassy backyard areas. There was a washer/dryer as well as beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. A pack-n-play was provided. There were 2 TVs, one of which offered Netflix, Prime Video and Youtube. The most disappointing aspect of the house was that there was no pool and the drive to the beach was a minimum of 15 minutes and sometimes more depending on traffic. I asked several times about playgrounds and accessibility to a pool and never received the information. The property manager was easy to reach and other than the pool and playground questions was helpful and responsive. The couches and beds were comfortable but in general, the furnishings could use some updating. Also, I would have liked a listing of places and restaurants in the area. The internet worked well and that information was readily available. In summary, I feel the house was overpriced for what it was and where it was located.

Very pleased

Very nice unit with fantastic back porch overlooking small lake. Great for family vacations and cooking great meals together. Owner and property manager were very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location

This roomy unit is centrally located near everything SE FL has to offer. Neighborhood is great for long walks. Owner and property manager were both easily accessible and quickly addressed a few issues that popped up.

We loved this house!!!

Excellent house with very good location, close to everything. Beautiful lake view. It was a perfect stay. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable. The communication with the property manager Gary was excellent. The owners Monica and Gene were always looking forward to our stay at home offering us all sorts of information, they are excellent people! We definitely enjoyed our long stay in this house we would very much like to return and I recommend this property to all people. It's like feeling at home.

Perfect location

This was a perfect rental. It is close to everything, yet in a quiet location. Six of us stayed in the property and we had plenty of room. We were able to cook meals, grill and relax. A bonus is that there is a garage. Very nice. I would certainly recommend this property.

Fantastic vacation house; all expectations met

Enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing month at this house in Deerfield Beach. We found the place to be very clean and well-stocked with all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. Gary, the property manager, met us on the first day and gave us a thorough tour of the property, and was extremely helpful for little things that came up during the month (clogged drain, blown out light bulbs - nothing major). a great house for a family to relax, in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking a pond. Will definitely return here!

Great house and surroundings

We have just spent four weeks in this house, and in contrast to the previous reviewer, we really enjoyed it! Thank you Monica and Gene for always being concerned and quick to respond to our requests! We also extend our thanks to Gary, the property manager, who we felt always were there for us even if we did not have any problems during our stay. We would highly recommend this house and hope to be back for two months next year. Perhaps could it be possible then to use IP-telephone, at least for domestic calls? Great house and surroundings!

We have just spent the whole month of April in this house, and in contrast to the reviewer, who stayed there in February 2016 we really enjoyed it!! To begin with the owners, Monica and Gene, were always concerned and quick to respond. They also called us in Sweden to really make sure that we had all information to get into the house since we were arriving very late at night on March 31. Gary, the property manager, called first thing in the morning and came over to show us around and give information. We found the house in a very good shape and also very clean. There were no bad smell whatsoever, and the AC worked perfectly all the time. Regarding beach towels there were at least two very large and brand new ones. Two of the kitchen lights failed during our stay, but were easily replaced. The only issue we had was that we found only one rather poor quality set of linen to the Queen bed. We called Gary about it and the same day a new package of high quality sheets waited on the kitchen table. To summarize, we had a fantastic month and can highly recommend this house. We have also made a reservation for two months next year. Finally a wish: Since the house is so well equipped internet-wise, could it perhaps be possible to install an IP-telephone, at least for domestic calls? Would be a great advantage for us visitors from overseas.
