Our guesthouse is equipped and ready for your getaway and has everything you'll need for the most relaxing vacation. This guesthouse includes washer, dryer and WIFI. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and host. Property was exactly as advertised and we had everything we needed and then some. Next time we are in the Orlando area, we will be staying here again!

Suzy was an excellent host! She was very kind and accommodating to our special needs. The guest house is really nicely done! Perfect for our small family and my disabled husband. It exceeded our expectations based on previous experiences with other VRBOS. It’s pretty centrally located too, which was nice. It’s only a 13 minute drive to the Orlando-Sanford airport. I enjoyed the private entrance. The pool was also really nice but unfortunately our stay was too chilly to partake. We will definitely be using this VRBO for any of our future needs when we’re in the area.

It was ok. Pool could have been cleaner. Could have had better instructions for use of the kitchen area. No details on which bins were for general waste and which for green waste. Better instructions on the extractor fan.

Really happy with our choice to stay here. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool was amazing and felt private and relaxing. This will be my top choice to book again next time I am in the area.

Cute place

The little guest house was perfect size for my husband and I. Convenient to all the highways that you need to get anywhere. 1st time staying somewhere that we had to share space (pool), did not feel comfortable with this.

The perfect little house

A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Our host took care of all of our needs; and even had extra amenities that we didn’t expect.(snacks, laundry detergent.) We’ll definitely come back when we are in the area again.

Very Quiet area and easily accessible

I had surgery and stayed here for my recovery, nice quiet area, easily accessible to stores and very comfortable bed. I felt very comfortable while recuperating. Washer and dryer big plus and the pool was beautiful and well kept. I didn't get to use the pool but I sure would have loved to. I will be back when I have to go for my checkups

This property is a gem. The property manger was very accommodating and helpful. The private pool is the best. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We had our coffee on the side patio every morning. The owners did a excellent job with renovations and it is a true Oasis.

We came to town for A wedding at Lake Mary Event Center. It was beautiful. We went to Hollywood Studios yesterday and had a wonderful time. The place was easy and super clean. Everything was perfect. Thanks for making our time so easy

Close to Downtown Lake Mary where you will find grocery stores, shops, restaurants, even a farmers market on the weekend. The cottage has all your needs for your stay without all the loudness of a hotel. Parking is easy and located right on property. Enjoy our pool and float on a raft or simply relax in the shade at our patio table.
