📷 Security and Quietness: We've got cameras outside for safety and for peace and quiet. 🤫 Please, no wild parties or events here. Stick to your guest crew's plans! **Cameras are only on the entryway and driveway and no cameras are in the home's interior.**

🐾 Furry Friends: If you're bringing your pets along, there's a $75 pet fee per furry companion. 🐕🐈

⛵ Boat Lovers: The driveway is a bit tricky for boats and most trailers will bottom out, so please plan accordingly. If you want to dock your boat, snap some pics of the dock's current state and share them in the Airbnb or VRBO chat with this message: "as requested, here are pictures of the dock in its current condition before we use it to dock our boat" 📸🛥️

🍔 Grill Time: If your place has a grill, remember to bring your own propane. It's on you to keep those BBQs sizzling! 🔥
