We stayed at this property in July 2026.Overall the property and responsiveness of the host far exceeded our expectations. Here are a few of our observations:* The property and home are expansive; the photos do not do justice to the amount of space you have access to during your stay* NY 89 which is the road you cross to access the lake is 50 mph and very busy* Wi-Fi strength is spotty* The home has amenities for those travelling with infants, young children* First floor master was a dream, situated away from the main kitchen/dining area for privacyWe would stay at this property again

Property was amazing! House is set up great for hosting multiple families, while everyone can find their own space. Lake access is great, but you certainly get a workout going up and down the driveway and many stairs! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay for a group of friends

The pictures don’t do the property justice - so much space for the group of us to hang out by the dock, play corn hole, grill outside, and play pool / games indoors. Clean space and no complaints, would come back again!

Great for family and kids. Plenty of space. Plenty to do. Also close to a lot of awesome wineries. It is a bit set back from the lake. But has a beautiful dock.

良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
I'm going to be perfectly honest. There was a lot of really good amenities including a foosball table, a treadmill and a piano. It was a huge plus having a fenced in yard for our dogs. The photo of the lake front is decieving because you have to cross the road and hop over the guard rail to take the staircase down to the lake which my family would not do. There was a crib and a sand box which was nice for the baby but the high chair had no table or straps and was too tall to fit under the table. Our biggest gripe was the spiders!!! Within a few minutes of being there, my daughter was screaming from the bunk bed room because there was a giant preying mantis on the curtain. When she went to sleep her brother in law killed 5 furry spiders behind the door and when she looked under the matress there were webs and dead spiders. She slept on the sofa downstairs. The crib room also had several spiders and all the windows and the doors leading outside had webs and spiders. All of the kitchen floor tiles are cracked. Both downstairs bathrooms had broken towel bars and a huge hole in the door. There were no paintings on the wall to keep it cozy and no TV's and no soap bars or extra tissues. There is a pool table in the basement down a spiral staircase. It was so damp and musty down there that we never went down. Look, don't get me wrong. There were some nice features like the coffee bar and a firepit area. But for the price this place needs to be cleaned up! Never again!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view…

Could not have asked for a better place for a get together with our family. The house is clean and well maintained. This house is spacious with some bedrooms separate from the others, so if you want a quiet space you can have one. Can’t say enough about the views of the lake and surrounding areas… just beautiful. If you get up early enough, you can watch the sun rise over the lake. You can get a nice walk in just walking the property alone. This is a well built, well taken care of home with quality everywhere you turn…. definitely a place we will visit in the future!

To say this place is kid friendly is an understatement! There was one room decked out with toys and a play carpet just for our toddlers. Plus, one of the bedrooms had a crib and a rocker in the room for our infant. We could not have asked for better accommodations, though it would be nice if they had a gate across the spiral staircase going to the basement. We were able to find a folding table in the basement that we stretched across the opening so our 2 year olds wouldn’t take a tumble.Only downfall was the Spectrum internet service was horrible. I know a thing or two about IT, and there was nothing I could do to improve its reliability. It would work for about 5 minutes, then go down for about 2 minutes…over and over again. Ended up using our phones as hotspots, though cell service is very iffy in this area, too. This place appears to be owned by a corporation. Before our arrival, my questions were routed through their corporate office, which was of little help. They gave me a local contact who was excellent to work with. Very prompt response to any question I had. The house is huge, yet we didn’t even use 2 of the beds for our party of 9.

Cayuga Lake Family vacation

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house is beautiful and everyone had a great time. We especially enjoyed the water access and expansive yard. The kids LOVED the bead boat!! This is our 4th year doing a family vacation with our adult children and grandkids. We all agreed this was the nicest of the 4 different places we have stayed. SB

Beautiful home, great location

Lovely home, beautiful view. Great separation of spaces for a group. Though the weather did not cooperate for us, the outdoor spaces are wonderful. We are used to the common FLX model of a split property with doc across the street, so this was no issue. Dock was beautiful. Great location on Cayuga. Fenced in yard is a unique bonus.

Big, Beautiful House overlooking Cayuga Lake

We were three couples (the fourth cancelled last minute due to a medical emergency). The house is spacious, clean, nicely appointed and has many amenities such as foosball, pool table and gym machines. It is located in the middle of the Lake Cayuga wine trail with numerous wineries in close proximity. It has access to the lake, but you need to cross the road and walk down 50 steps to get there so we didn't use that area very much. Highly recommend this property.

Huge house

Loved our stay. It was a big space and a lot of room for my granddaughter to run around in. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Beds we’re very comfortable and crib was really nice. Communication with host was very easy!! Nit picky things: wish there had been a high chair or booster chair, hand towels in bathrooms, more kitchen towels, basement bathroom would have been great. Like I said those were just tiny issues. The location was great for all that we did. Beautiful views of the lake. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Fun on Cayuga

Our group of 6 adults, 1 baby, and 2 dogs throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room for all. We loved the huge living room. Most of the furniture and fixtures throughout the house appeared nearly new. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean, which was especially important to us with a crawling baby. Our grandson loved the toys and play rug in the family room. There was plenty of parking. We appreciated the grill. The fenced in portion of the yard was great for letting our dogs out. It was a bit of a hike to the waterfront, but we knew that going in. The dock area, like everything else, was very well kept. We had a great time by the water, including renting a boat one day that we were able to tie up with no problems. The location was perfect for exploring nearby wineries. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We've traveled to the Finger Lakes as a family for years, but this was our first time on Cayuga Lake. We will be back!
