Located on the coveted Ocean View Drive, it’s next to the 804 Trail and within easy walking distance of downtown Yachats.

Amenities include a private hot tub, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a fully fenced backyard. The home spans three levels, with bedrooms on separate floors and a detached guest room, ensuring privacy for all guests. Despite plenty of room to spread out, the upstairs great room provides a cozy gathering space with a balcony for ocean views, a smart TV, and a second fireplace.

The third floor, known as the "crow's nest," is a window-filled retreat offering panoramic views for storm-watching or enjoying sunsets. The entry level features the master bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and a living room with a fireplace. Just a few steps across the back deck, you’ll find another spacious bedroom with large windows, a king-sized bed, TV, sofa, and writing desk.

Guest access includes the entire home, a detached guest room, hot tub, yard, and driveway. Please note, the garage is not accessible to guests. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100 per stay.
