Inside you'll find updated furnishings, brand new stainless steel appliances. Rooms are cozy, clean and includes smart tv, writing space, brand new mattress and more. Located in the heart of historic downtown Erie close to all the amenities Erie has to offer and only 10mins drive to presque isle park and beach. We are also close to Gannon University, Hamot Hospital, Area Arena, Erie Insurance and much much more. NO LOCALS PLEASE

Nice stay

We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. Located close to everything we wanted to do. Was nice for 2 families because of the 2 completely separate living spaces. All together a really nice stay.

Nice place for a night or two. Only thing we found odd was the host never contacted us with a door code. Overall it was nice place. Big with plenty of room.

Nice place

We were in town for a funeral & this house suited our needs perfectly. Location to everything was great. We really enjoyed having the 2 separate floors that had their own beds, baths, kitchens & living rooms. It was very cozy & comfortable.

Quaint

The house was ok. Could have been a little cleaner. The upstairs air was not working correctly, and the back yard was completely unusable even to let my dogs to do their business. It served the purpose of a place to gather and sleep. Alot of garbage bags and cans in ally, so parking was little bit of a challenge. Overall we had a great visit in Erie for our conference at the convention center.

First time to Erie

Our stay was wonderful. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we were still able to find things to do. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved that we could bring our dog. The host was easy to reach in case we had any issues. We would stay here again

Quick trip for All State HS Music

We had a great stay. The location of the house was perfect for the little bit of sightseeing we got to do in between our music concerts. The size and layout of the place was perfect since at the time of booking I wasn't sure how many people we'd have. Everything we needed was there and the place was clean and easy to settle into. Thanks!

Cute but dirty

Cute home. Bring your own sheets, towels, wash clothes and bath mat. You need to provide your own hand soap, tissues and paper towels. Plan to spend your first hour or two cleaning. Bring a swifer.

Side walks had weeds growing abd pepples you couldn't get from car to walkway because of stones. Dust clumps in closets. AND only 8 towels for 8 people. Cant upload my photos. I think a discount would be nicr being it said call and they would answer anytime, i call3d left msg nand never got a call back.

Convenient location witb plenty of space for eberyo everyone

We had a great stay. The home is older with a lot of character. The kids loved having a TV in their room and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is a quick drive to the zoo, Waldameer. Presque Island, and Bicentennial Tower. We did not find anything within walking distance, but there is off street parking for your a vehicle.

Not a very good experience. Had to reach out to the owner to get the access code. The property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard upon arrival, and we had to spend time cleaning ourselves. The backyard was not in usable condition, and my messages and calls to the owner went unanswered. We were also charged a cleaning fee despite the condition of the home. This could be a lovely place to stay if it was cleaned properly.

Good Experience

Check in was easy, owners available 24/7 via call and text. House is old but updated nicely, with plenty of room for our family plus some. When we stayed, the wind chill was -18 degrees. The house stayed warm and cozy. Also located near many restaurants and things to do, including the Bayfront Convention Center.

I would not stay here again. The house itself is great - lots of room, great layout, nicely decorated. But it is not cleaned and the host is unresponsive. When we checked in, there was hair on the shower wall, old, used bar soap and a used razor in the shower, dust inside the coffee maker, etc. The backyard is basically unusable, even for our dog. It’s so overgrown that you can’t walk around in it, and it was covered in trash. The host was super unresponsive. The only reason we even got the check in code was because I called VRBO multiple times to get it, less than 24 hours prior to check in, because the host was MIA.

Great location

Despite not hearing from the property manager till 6:45 about the door code even though check in was supposed to be at 4. Everything else was wonderful about the house and our stay there
