The space
Our house has 2 floors, a total of 8 bedrooms and
6 bathrooms
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms with
bathroom (one with a King bed), kitchen, living
room, dining room, full laundry room, garage
converted into a games room with pool table,
game table and sofa and a private swimming pool
with jacuzzi.
On the second floor you will find another 6
bedrooms, two of them themed, two Suites and
two more bedrooms with a bathroom in the
middle.
ROOMS - All rooms have bed and bath linen (1
towel per guest will be provided - if you need
more, please request it before booking).
BATHROOMS - In all bathrooms, 1 roll of toilet
paper, soap and shampoo standard hotel (small)
will be provided. If your stay is long and you need
more toiletries, we can provide them for a small.

ROOMS - All rooms have bed and bath linen (1 towel per guest will be provided - if you need more, please request it before booking).

BATHROOMS - In all bathrooms, 1 roll of toilet paper, soap and shampoo standard hotel (small) will be provided. If your stay is long and you need more toiletries, we can provide them for a small additional fee.
We do not provide Washcloths.

CARPETER FLOOR - Although some guests have restrictions on carpeting, we guarantee that the entire area that has this type of flooring is periodically cleaned. We can guarantee that it does not have any unpleasant smell. (If upon entering the house you smell any unpleasant odor, please inform us immediately so that we can send someone to investigate).

CIGARETTES ETC - Smoking is prohibited indoors - any sign of use will be penalized with a fine via airbnb.

KITCHEN - has all utensils including: refrigerator, airfryer, blender, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, pots, etc. We try to put everything that is necessary, but if you miss any comfort during your stay, do not hesitate to call us, we will do our best to meet your needs.
For hygienic reasons, you will not find any kind of food in the house, including salt, sugar etc - we apologize for this but it is to avoid unwanted insects.
After the pandemic, Airbnb prohibited us from leaving any type of food or objects left by other guests such as: Olive oil, coffee and other items that were previously common.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL WITH JACUZZI - The outdoor area has a private heated pool. To use it, an additional fee of $39.00 per day is charged (heating can only be hired for the entire period of the stay). If you are interested in using it, please notify us at least 48 hours beforehand so that we can turn it on. The pool takes 24 hours to heat up and in case of request during the stay, an extra fee of $85.00 will be charged for the call + the daily rate of $39.00

BARBECUE - We know how good it is to have that barbecue, but we noticed that 90% of guests do not use the barbecue. If you need one, please request it prior to your reservation - we'll be happy to provide it for you ($85.00 one-time fee will apply). If the guest requests the grill during their stay, a fee of $85.00 will also be charged in addition to the fee of $85.00.

CLUB HOUSE - is a real water park. Multiple pools, waterslides, lazy river, sand court, bar, game room, gym, fire pit areas and more. All this just a few steps from the house and without additional fees.

To access the condominium, it is necessary to send all guest names. The house has an electronic lock and the code will be sent on the day of your check-in.
