A charming one-room cedar cabin was once used by painter Catharine Gallagher as her studio. It is filled with creative energy and displays much of her work. Bring some projects to work on, sit by the creek to sketch, take in the fresh mountain air, or just relax and enjoy the creative energy of this cabin. Art Studio Cabin just might inspire you!

Art Studio Cabin at Mt Rainier has a nicely equipped small kitchen, but if you are not “inspired” to cook, Copper Creek Restaurant is within walking distance of the cabin.

This cabin is so cute! Loved the little ornaments you had out to decorate and hang on the tree! Our door was unlocked and not shut all the way when we got there, so the cabin was pretty cold inside, found a few hairs in the sink, and some cobwebs that could have been reached and removed by house keeping! The on call maintenence man was very helpful in helping get the lights on at the hot tub, which has such a relaxing view by the creek! Would suggest some lights on the trail to hot tub, it was pretty dark!

We have been in business since for over 20 years with our second generation now running the business and our third generation in training. We pride ourselves in a commitment to excellence with a main goal of our guests leaving their stay refreshed, renewed and with memories to last a lifetime!

We have a passion for the beauty of the outdoors, nature, and scenery. Mt Rainier National Park provides it all. Copper Creek was quite run down when we purchased it. Over the years we have carefully renovated each cabin preserving the natural beauty of the property along Copper Creek, and preserving each cabin and its history, while adding modern conveniences and comfort.
