Tiki Tides – Terrific Oceanfront Home with Pool & Spa at Cinnamon Beach!

Your search is over! Tiki Tides is the ideal beach home for your next vacation. Located directly on the beach, your family and friends will enjoy the stunning sunrises over the calming waves every morning. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona. Although once you arrive, you may never want to leave.

When you enter the home, you are immediately at ease. The 1st level is ideal for entertaining with a living room to watch the game or play foosball. This area also features a kitchenette and half bath. From this common area, you can easily access the patio, grill, pool, spa and beach walkover!
The 1st floor also hosts 2 bedrooms with a jack-n-jill bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a bunkbed and TV.

You may take the elevator or the stairs to the 2nd floor, which boasts an expansive open-concept living, dining and kitchen, decorated in beachy colors and paintings. The living room boasts a TV and lots of seating and is an ideal spot for the whole family to gather and recharge by the sea. The generous kitchen features fabulous prep space and stainless-steel appliances. Smell the coffee brewing from the kitchen in the Keurig or the coffee pot. Half bathroom is right across from the kitchen. Seating available at the countertop or at the dining table. But the true show-stopper is the beach, a breathtaking wall of sliding glass doors out to the balcony face the Atlantic providing expansive views of the cinnamon-colored sand and calming waves.

2 additional guest suites are on this 2nd level. One guest bedroom Features a Queen bed with a paddle headboard, TV, access to a private balcony, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The other bedroom showcases a King bed, TV, access to a private balcony and private bathroom with shower.

Ascend the stairs or the elevator to the 3rd floor to the King Master Suite with gorgeous ocean views. The master suite also has a seating area with TV and a sleeper sofa. The master bathroom features double vanities, a soaking tub and separate shower. Step out on your private balcony and feel the ocean breezes to decompress from your day.

There are 2 other bedrooms on the top level. One bedroom is another King suite with TV, access to a private balcony and a private bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom features 2 Queen beds, a TV and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

This home has Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella & Beach Wagon to enjoy! It also has a Pack-n-Play for little ones.

Bachelorette Trip

Absolutely beautiful home with great amenities! Private beach, private pool, private hot tub and 2 additional community pools. Just wonderful! There was plenty of room for all of our guests and we didn't feel crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Gathering

Tiki Tides is as advertised - a beautiful home in a great location, with easy beach access and terrific sunrise views. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us, including 6 grandkids ages 4 - 6, and we all had a wonderful time.

Won’t be disappointed!!

Incredible house and location. 3 levels and amazing ocean view! Whoever gets the master won’t want to leave ! Lots of seating and perfect for large family gatherings. Tastefully decorated throughout. And the view. Did I mention the view? 5 star all around.

Another fabulous stay at Tiki Tides

We are a group of 12 friends who have gathered annually for 18 years. This was our 2nd stay at Tiki Tides and we love it. And we will likely book the house again for our next gathering. Plenty of space, love being ocean front, love the access to the community amenities too.

Multigenerational Family Vacation

Our family of 9 had an amazing time at the house, pool and beach. The house had everything we needed from rooms for everyone, fully stocked kitchen and down to dry pool towels when needed. There are plenty of pool and beach supplies which we used when some of what we brought broke. Great to have everything right there on site. Be sure to check the rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center because you can see them from the boardwalk to the beach or on the beach.

Great family property!

The property was exactly as listed. The location was perfect, with access to community pool and work out facilities. Communication from the property managers was proactive and helpful. We had several older family member's so it was great to have a working elevator. Highly recommend this property for location (between Flagler Beach and St Augustine) and value. Would definitely stay again!

Paradise

This house will not disappoint. The location is perfect. The house is clean, nicely decorated and accommodates a large group. There is plenty of space for people to spread out and get away from the crowd when needed. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. Beds were comfortable and towels were plentiful. We would love to come back here to paradise.

Exceeded expectations

The house was as advertised, but exceeded expectations. The bedrooms were large, and the home had plenty of space for the 4 families to stretch out. The property does have a childproof fence for the pool, which came in handy and we were thankful for, with young children. One item to be aware of, the master sliding doors are not soundproof, the room is gorgeous however beware you can hear neighbors and pool activity, clearly. Our neighbors were uncooperative during our stay but the on site security was wonderful in a quick assist to ensure the quiet hours were adhered to. The amenities are plentiful and our family really enjoyed the community pool, splash pad, and onsite grill and bar for a quick change of scenery when needed. We would absolutely rent this home again in the future.

Great but a few little things

The house was great and we had everything we needed. The biggest issue is that the house could have been a little cleaner. There were literally hundreds of dead bugs inside the windows/doors facing the ocean on the main level. The floors in general seemed a little dirty and we couldn't find a broom. Several of the showers handles were not working but the maintenance guys came out right away and fixed them. The plantation shudders on the front door fell off in the middle of the night a scared us to death. Overall the house was great and we really enjoyed our vacation!

Cinnamon Beach Birthday Party

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful property in celebration of my wife’s birthday. Our 4 adult children and families totaling 14 people had ample sleeping spaces and plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub with walk over to the ocean were all fantastic. We happened to be staying during hurricane Helene, and were largely unaware how bad the storm was in this beachfront home excepting two windward bedrooms that were noisy. There were some materials from other properties in the yard and the pool was a mess, but we were able to clean the pool with provided supplies. I was a bit surprised That nobody checked on conditions directly, but no worries. The community pools were just two doors away and fantastic. Unfortunately the restaurant had just closed for the season. Overall a fantastic stay. The only concerns were a lack of any salt, pepper or spices that were to be provided. The ice maker didn’t work properly and the place does have some minor damages that had us concerned initially. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Also used the outdoor grill several times. Beautiful balcony ocean views. Publix grocery store just 5 minutes away. Enjoyed swimming and boogie boarding in the ocean--but be careful of some rocky places. Grandkids loved the zero-entry clubhouse pool and the splash pad as well as the pool at the house. Not many good restaurants nearby. Was surprised and disappointed that JT's seafood shack was cash only. We were short on cash and had to go elsewhere. Bronx Pizza was so-so. A1A Fisheries was a great place for fresh fish.

Pretty disappointing!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house for 6 out of the last 7 years. Obviously, pretty happy with our previous experience. Not so with this year. The house is well maintained. The issues we had that were unaddressed are the following. I emailed mid week that we had no floor broom to sweep the floors. I purchased one myself, finally. The temperature is remote controlled. During the day, the 70 temperature is fine. At night the temperature was raised 3 degrees. I paid $15,500 for a week. I think it is not unreasonable to expect to be able to have a little leeway on the temperature setting. But definitely not raising it at night! We emailed, we called. No response until Friday. But even that conversation did not change anything. When we arrived the pool was dirty and murky. The pool service showed up Friday morning to service the pool and they were going to shock it. This would require not use for 3 hours. That was our final day! Just not great service. Management and owners show no desire to make it a pleasant stay for the people who pay the bill. We won't be back again. We are landlords, ourselves. We have over 200 rental homes. We require our management team to constantly review calls and emails from tenants. Emergencies are addressed asap and other calls are responded to with an explanation of how issues will be addressed and resolved. Our requests and concerns were no unreasonable.

Awesome House in a Private Community

Just FYI so you know (not an overall complaint- the house was amazing!) the walkway to the beach was overgrown and needed grew more each day. The 3rd floor queen bedroom had a dresser and two drawers were not usable...broken and hard to pull in and out. After a day trip to Magic Kingdom we needed showers and only a few showers had any hot water at 1:00 AM. Called maintenace mid morning and they came out right away.
