One mile to the beach! 2 br condo with deck, A/C, full kitchen, washer, dryer

Relax outside on the deck or enjoy the air conditioning on the spacious sectional sofa with smart tv, cable, and Wifi.

Cool down in the salt water pool, play ping pong in the clubhouse, or workout in the exercise room.

Both bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses and there is a full size pullout in the living room sofa. The master bedroom has a desk with a monitor, keyboard, and smart tv with cable. The second bedroom has a smart tv as well.

Two parking spaces are available- one in front of the garage and one in the garage.

Congdon’s Donuts and food truck park are practically next door and there are lots of other great restaurants within walking distance including Billy’s Chowder house, The Steakhouse, and Batson River Fish Camp Brewery and Distillery.

Wells Beach is one mile and just one stoplight away and there are several other beaches in town as well. Wells is sandwiched between Ogunquit and Kennebunk/port for easy exploring.

Typically available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday, but sometimes shorter stays as well.

The garage may not easily fit larger vehicles like big trucks/suvs, but the space in front can.

Perfect place to stay

We spent a week at Robbie's place. Pictures are 100% accurate. Very clean, tidy and perfect location. Robbie was very attentive, responded quickly to any questions, could not find more perfect host.

Just finished a week at this property and can’t say enough positive things about the accommodations and the interactions with the owner. Robbie is a responsive host (every question response came quickly) and the property is set up with everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. Cleanest, most thoughtfully stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location for all of the vacation activities during the day and all of the family games and activities in the evening. Highly recommend this rental!

This property served all of our needs while vacationing in Wells. It's location is absolutely perfect as it is only 1 mile to the beach and only a few minutes drive to neighboring communities of Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and Ogunquit. The property owner is an excellent communicator throughout the booking process. We loved all of the eclectic local art throughout the unit and we're so appreciative of the use of beach gear which included a beach mat, towels, chairs and even a beach umbrella! Thanks for making our trip to Wells, Maine comfortable. We hope to stay with you again!!!

Annual Wells trip

The Crab Shack was one is the best VRBOs I have rented in years. It was incredibly well stocked and very clean. The space was perfect for the 4 of us. Thank you so much for the perfect beach week in Wells. We will be back!!

Summer Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful week! The condo was so clean and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Location was perfect!! It was walkable to quite of few restaurants. Robbie is such a great host and responds quickly!

Great stay!

Robbie's place was great, exactly what were looking for! Clean Conveniently located to beach access roads, grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy, restaurants, and mini golf Well equipped with towels, full kitchen, games etc. Very cozy but smart space which easily accommodated 4-6 Highly recommend! Well

This was my second stay in Robbie’s unit. It’s consistently clean and well stocked, the small details are always thought of. It instantly feels like a home away from home! The location is unbeatable.

Absolute perfection!

This wonderful place is centrally located to many amenities, including beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, and great shopping. It is very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We cooked some meals and ate out other times. Beds were very comfortable and included extra pillows and blankets if we needed.The host is so kind and checked in when we got there and was available if we needed anything which we of course did not. Please do not pass up this amazing host and his lovely place. 10 out of 10 all the way around.

Last minute vacation

The unit was excellent, clean, well stocked and close to everything Wells has to offer. It was a great place for a family or just adults and even included a work station. Robbie, the host was available for any questions and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

Robbie has thought of everything

There are plenty of towels, lots of space in the kitchen and the kitchen has a ton of items for making any meal. Beds are comfortable and there are fans. I can’t think of anything you would need to bring. Great location. Can walk to beach, numerous rests and hannafords. Definitely a worthwhile stay.

Lovely Getaway in Wells, Maine

This was the second year we spent at this condo in Wells, Maine and luckily this year the weather cooperated. We had mostly sunny days and even the one or two rainy days were relaxing. The condo is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, and there is a nice deck to sit and enjoy meals. We also like that the Hannaford grocery store, movie theatre (which we actually went to on our one rainy day), Walgreens and Condon Donuts are all minutes. We would happily stay there again next summer.

Just like home!

This unit is bright, clean & perfectly located. It’s in a private community which seems to sort of blend right in despite being on the main road. It’s very quiet and the entire community is well landscaped. Robbie has great attention to detail and stocks everything you’d need. Everything outside of the house you could need or is want is essentially within a mile. I’ve already rebooked!

Perfect Location

Robbie’s place was great and the location is fantastic - close to the beach and situated between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We enjoyed the outdoor pool! His place had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and he had lots of stuff for the beach - chairs, an umbrella, toys, coolers, and lawn games. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance - Congdons donuts is practically next door and their food truck park was fun in the evening. There are also 2 breweries within walking distance . There was a welcome basket with some goodies to make it very welcoming . I would definitely stay again.

A summer week at the Crab Shack

The condo is lovely with tasteful and beachy decor, clean, well-appointed and was perfect for 6 people. The listing description and photos accurately reflect reality. Great location in Wells (Congdon’s & food tricks close by!!) and covienient to Ogunquit & Kennebunk. Condo had everything you would need or forgot to bring. Robbie had thought of everything and thoughtfully left a welcome basket of snacks. Host always quickly responded, from booking to checkin/check out. Robbie is a great host, and we would love to rent from him again!

My husband, 11 year old son, and I stayed at this property for a week. It was fantastic! To echo what others have said, it is clean, well thought-out in terms of included items and amenities, and in a great location. We loved the decor! Its really such a cute place. I thought from the photos it might feel a bit small, but it actually was plenty of room because of the very smart layout. We loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and then playing card games in the evening. Anything we needed was there (and if you need something, Walgreens and Hannafords are in walking distance). It is a very quiet development. You can hear sirens on Rt 1 from time to time but no traffic or road noise. The pool and clubhouse were very clean. The neighbors we saw and chatted with were so kind. It was great to be able to walk over to Congdons After Dark for food and drinks.. no driver needed! :-) Don't hesitate to book this condo - you'll love it just like we did. If you see the knitted crab inside the coffee table - my son named him "Wells".

Lovely condo near the sea

We found the condo to be clean, comfortable and with many amenities -- including an outdoor pool that we used, and a fitness center adjoining the pool. We had to reach out to the owner once, and he responded promptly. The condo complex was quiet and and had a pretty, village-like layout. It's the kind of place you want to walk around in during mornings and evenings. Wells, Maine is a lovely seaside community. We ate at some nice seafood restaurants, found our way to Congdon Doughnuts --which was only a five-walk from our unit -- and visited the Rachel Carson Nature Reserve. One day we did make to the Wells beach, and lunched there. The only drawback of our stay was the lack of sun most days, not great beach weather. I would definitely stay here again.
