This apartment is situated in the forest area and very close to the beach and the sea. It is ideal location to spend relaxing holiday in tranquility.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and it is about 100 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A fully-equipped kitchen with the living room where is air-conditioning, a flatscreen satellite TV and a double sofa bed (where can sleep 2 persons), 2 bedrooms with double beds ( 1.80 m wide) and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The apartment has balcony, terrace at the entrance, roof terrace, own barbecue and parking places.

The nearest beach is about 700 metres away and it can be reached by walking for just 10 minutes (the fastest way to reach it is by forest shortcut). The nearest restaurant is approximately 1100 metres away.

We are Family Simicic and we are taking care, all together for our guests. We have worked in tourism for many years, especially in rental activities . Our main goal is to achieve that guests feel really comfortable, can relax in quite ambient, but also have a lot of fun at the same time. We are always at disposal to our guests, whenever they need ( informations, suggestions, help). We think that guest privacy should be at first place. The best thing for us is too see satisfied guests and that they can maximum enjoy on our beautiful island of Rab.
