LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This is the closest resort to SDC, sits right on Table Rock Lake and is just minutes from the strip!
We are Rega Stays and we want to welcome to our trendy, newly remodeled WALK-IN condo in Branson, right next to SDC and sits on Table Rock Lake! With 2 bedrooms, including a king master with an en suite bathroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa bed, our spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. We even provide a pack-n-play for our littlest guests. Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in our beautiful lakeside condo.
Step outside to our large private deck and enjoy stunning views of nature all around you. Sip on your morning coffee or night cap with a glass of wine as you take in the serenity with your family and friends.
The living room is great for lounging around after a day of exploring the area. You can relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the table for a board game competition with the kiddos. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
The full kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find modern appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to serve your meals.
Rega Stays condo also has plenty of centrally located amenities for you to enjoy, including a seasonal swimming pool and hot tub (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - please ask for exact dates), a sports court and a playground. The sports court is perfect for a friendly game of basketball, pickleball, shuffle board or tennis.
Or take a step into nature's playground and immerse yourself in the beauty of the great outdoors with a peaceful nature walk through the woods or a picturesque stroll down to the water's edge. Escape to a tranquil oasis at our pebble rock beach on the lake, where you can soak up the sun, reel in a catch, or simply float your worries away.
Rega Stays condo is also located right next to Silver Dollar City, the area's most popular theme park! You'll have easy access to all the fun and excitement of the park, and you can come back to your comfortable and stylish condo at the end of the day. Experience the ultimate convenience and avoid the traffic that can often back up for miles when entering SDC from Branson proper.

Traveling with a Larger Group? Let us accommodate your entire gathering! We manage numerous single and sister properties (two condos next door to each other) within the resort, ranging from intimate spaces to sister condos that can sleep between 12-16 guests. With our portfolio of more than 20 condos at this resort, we can host very large groups, perfect for family reunions, church group or corporate retreats.
*Please note: Resort amenities are managed by the resort administration and their availability cannot be guaranteed by the host. Refunds can not be offered if the amenities are closed by the resort maintenance.
*No boat or trailer parking on-site but we do have an agreement with a local business for our guests to park in their gated area for $15/night. Please ask for more details.

Hi! I'm Ashley, the founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.
First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!
Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 3 to 22 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (22), a singer (20), a softball/socialite (13), two baseball players (10 & 11), a gymnast (9) and ‘the boss’ (3).
After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! ❤️ Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.
We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.
We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 30!
