It has a community heated pool and barbecue area. French doors lead out to the lanai overlooking the pool and canal. The condo is walking distance to restaurants and shopping in downtown Cape Coral.

House Rules:
1. 100% refund if you cancel 30 days prior to arrival.
2. 100% refund if the property is not available or you're not approved to rent.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the lease agreement.

Please note this property requires a tenant screening at an extra cost to you $100. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit of $1500 is payable directly to the landlord and is refundable at departure.
