This is your HOME away from home, not just a house, with a south facing pool.
This home comes equipped with all needed items for up to 8 people to spend the entire week without even leaving the resort.
Free, all Resort activities are included during your stay. The resort has a large pool, splash pad for the little ones, sand volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court, and beach area, among other activities.

If you would like to venture out, Lake Berkley Resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal & SeaWorld, plus all the other activates Central Florida has to offer. There is so much more to the area than the major parks. Try exploring some of the other things available in the area. After a long day away from home, come back to enjoy your private screened in pool and a hot, delicious meal prepared in your fully equipped kitchen with friends and family.


Free WIFI and Internet so you can watch the latest shows on one of the 6 different smart flat screen televisions or brows on your computer or cell phone.

Guests Access the resort through the 24-hour manned security gate where they will be greeted by the guard. All guests are given full access to Lake Berkley Resort with all its amenities. Upon arrival at your vacation home, you will use your own private code to enter the house. Additionally, for your safety and the security of the home, there is a camera and Nest door bell.

Other things to note;
The kitchen is equipped with most equipment and items you will need to prepare a wonderful family meal. Try putting a meal together in the crock pot before going to the parks and coming home to the smell of a great supper when you return.
If you find any item that you think is needed in the house, please let us know. It will probably be there on your next visit.

Pool heat is available when requested for a fee of $25 per night.

There is a pack and play and a high chair in the games room for your use as needed.

The house is situated in the back of the resort thereby offering very few cars passing by, limited neighbors and usually a very quiet retreat for your enjoyment and pleasure with off street parking for 2 cars in your own driveway in front of the house.
