Lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bath direct oceanfront townhome located in the much desired Shipwatch Townhome community of North Topsail Beach.
This unit has just gone thru an extensive upgrade with all new paint throughout as well as some new furniture items and new decorations and wall art. The paint consists of bright beachy colors that will transform your mind, body and spirit into the vacation mode.
This unit has 5 large decks with three on the direct oceanfront side and two on the rear side. The unit is set up with 2 queens, 1 pyramid bunk (double with twin on top) and a queen sleeper sofa. The unit is set up to sleep 9. There is WiFi throughout and TV’s in all bedrooms as well as the living room.
As you enter this unit from the first living level you will find two nicely furnished large bedrooms with a full bath (tub and shower combination) to accommodate these two bedrooms. Also on this level is a laundry area with a washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms (bedroom 2) directly faces the ocean and is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, TV, various night stands and lamps, wall art and a ceiling fan. This bedroom also has direct access out to a private oceanfront deck where you will find seating for enjoying those early morning sunrises.
The third bedroom is on the rear side of the townhome and is equipped with a pyramid bunk bed (double on bottom with twin on top). This bedroom has a TV, storage hutch and wall art. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite movies.
As you move up to the second level you will find the living room, dining and kitchen. This is the heart of the home and where you will enjoy that special family time together. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, comfortable swivel arm chairs, coffee and tables with lamps, ceiling fan, wall art and a large wall mounted TV. This room also provides direct access out to the large oceanfront deck. Here you can enjoy watching the porpoises as they troll down the shoreline looking for their early morning meal.
Directly adjoining the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen is also equipped with a food pantry for storing your weekly supply of groceries. The kitchen also provides direct access out to the rear deck where you will find comfortable seating.
The dining table is equipped to seat 6 with two extras at the bar area. There is also a small dining table in the kitchen that will accommodate 2.
For your added convenience there is a half bath on this level as well.
Moving upward, the entire third level is dedicated to the master suite (bedroom 1), including a private balcony with mesmerizing views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser with various night stands and lamps, TV, wall art and a ceiling fan. The private bathroom has double vanities and a tub/shower combination. A large closet provides lots of storage on this level. There is a separate air conditioning unit for this top level, providing extra comfort during the summer nights.
Shipwatch Townhomes II amenities include a beautiful oceanfront swimming pool. There are NO tennis courts.

At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
