This beautiful home is all yours during your stay. It has a keyless entry so you don't have to worry about carrying keys around.

There will be free WiFi during your stay along with hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, fresh towel, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Smoking is prohibited inside the home. There will be a $200 penalty charge.

Guests are responsible for taking the garbage and recycling outside to the bin.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Pet are an extra charge

Furnitures are not to be moved around.

Pool heat is available upon request.
$25 pool heating fee per day.

White boat (no motor) and canoe for an additional $75 each, per day (a waiver MUST be signed).

On occasion, other guests will leave seasonings behind. For liability reasons, the host will not be providing any seasonings, therefore guests are to bring their own.

We understand our speaking door monitors can be frustrating sometimes, but please understand that many of our guests brings young kiddos when staying with us. For safety reasons, the door notifications are on to help parents know when a door is open.

In the garage there are extra towels, bed sheets, pillow case, flat sheets, fitted sheets, blankets and pillow store in bins.
