Welcome to a vacation that makes you feel right at home. Cozy setting in a quiet neighborhood. This property would be perfect for a family vacation or group trip. 4 bedrooms/3 fulll bathrooms. Close enough to the beaches, but far enough for privacy & relaxation in the lanai pool area. 2 Stand up Paddleboards, 2 adult bikes, and 3 kids bikes available for use. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach tent, wagon. Come relax in paradise. This home is smoke free indoors, but there are designated smoke area outdoors on property. I listed no pets, but if you have a pet you would like to bring just ask and I will let you know if I can accommodate. Most circumstances I will approve.

Donna was very welcoming and informative, going above and beyond to support a good and lovely stay. The house was extremely well stocked and organized. She communicated well throughout the stay.

The house was amazing. We had 10 stay, 4 of which were kids 9-15 in age, they loved the bunk bed room. All the adults had their own space. 3 bathrooms and the hot water kept up the whole time. The outside was beautiful and made for a great plan B location for our wedding. We planned for the beach, but the weather was to chilly for that. Thank you so much for opening up your house to us!

Perfect stay for multi generational family Thanksgiving! Large rooms, clean, plenty of bathrooms, well appointed kitchen. Lots of dishes, appliances, tableware, and large peninsula to sit. Pool area was excellent and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood to walk. Extra table and chairs, lots of towels, kids toys and table, felt like home! Would definitely stay again! Very responsive owner with good instructions. Thank you!

Wonderful house and neighborhood

My wife, myself and my nephew stayed here ( my sister lives in Northport and was getting married) What a fantastic house to stay at !! Great layout and the pool made it extra special. Lovely quiet neighborhood, hope to stay here again next year.

Great Property

We really enjoyed the property and the host was awesome! The size the the home was just perfect. Our 13 year old Grand Daughter loved have her own bedroom and bathroom! We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor area, well stocked kitchen. We loved the area which is so closed to a grocery store and a few beaches! We definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful family home

We had an amazing time staying at this home. Anything we forgot the house had, it was very clean and organized and opened spaces. We enjoyed the pool to the fullest and evening's under the Lanai with the fire going. We definitely want yo come back to stay again ❤️

Perfect!

The home was absolutely perfect! It is much bigger in person and the layout of the house and rooms worked great for us. Lots of space, had everything we needed, great quiet street and zero issues. Donna messaged us to wish us a happy stay which was kind, we had a question and she got back to us right away. Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we will definitely stay again.

AMAZING!!!

This has been the most wonderful place we’ve stayed at! Everything is impeccably clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and then some. They had enough towels and bedding for a whole army! The heated pool was the biggest hit with everyone. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. Absolutely wonderful place!! Highly recommend!! Looking forward to staying again :)

Fun in the Sun / winter Escape

Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Easy to walk around the house. Glad we had a railing to get in and out of the pool. Would love more dresser storage. Hooks in bathrooms for hanging towels would be a plus. Overall we loved your place. We would stay again.

Loved our week!

This was a wonderful experience with a really nice and very responsive host. The house is wonderfully apportioned. It was a family vacation for us. The host has done a great job of considering the needs of a guest. We really loved the property! The one drawback for us was the lack of a grab bar for the pool stairs. My mother in law has limited low extremity mobility and she was not able to get into the pool without a grab bar. Everyone else was able to enjoy the pool. We all loved the house. We would definitely stay again.

Lanai Living + Fantastic Beaches

Our family of 8 stayed over the Christmas holidays, and there was ample room for everyone. The house is well stocked with thoughtful and practical items, like plenty of towels, kitchen items, and beach supplies. We loved swimming in the heated pool multiple times daily, even when it was overcast or lightly sprinkling, and nearby beaches are fabulous! Donna was thoughtful to ask if we would like a Christmas tree put up for our stay, and the home included tasteful seasonal decor. Please note that the listing does allow smoking in designated areas; we did not notice this during the booking process, but that's 100% on us. Nearby grocery stores (Publix) and Shipt allowed us to get anything we needed to make meals daily, and the convenient washer/dryer access made it easy to keep towels clean and dry and ready to use! A few minor issues were easily resolved with a quick text message. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We purchased this home in 2020 to get away from renting vacation spots and get settled in Florida. We are not always home as we travel when working. So this idea of making it a rental when we are not there is a perfect idea.

It is quiet and relaxing. Sitting outside in the lanai and floating in the pool, or just sitting next to the gas fire pit and watching a movie is like a little piece of heaven.

Not a busy street, lots of room to take bike rides or walks around the neighborhood. Also a quick drive to beaches and shopping. The pool is heated, so you can swim no matter the temperature outdoors.
