Great Shore House

Very comfortable, nicely furnished, and stocked with movies, board games, beach chairs/games, etc. Owner is friendly and easy to work with. Beach, shopping and dinning all within walking distance. Great place to relax.

The house was exactly as pictured, described and spotless. Fully stocked kitchen. The location is steps to the beach. The ‘box’ and shed had all the stuff you need for a fun day on the beach. Cathy the owner responded to all inquiries within a few hours. We will definitely be booking this home for our next vacation in Brigantine.

Home was immaculate! Bed was comfy and bathroom roomy. We didn't spend much time in the home since the beach is steps away. Cathy was easy to contact and responded immediately

All you want and more!

The house was very accommodating! All you need is your bathing suit! House has everything Chairs, boogie boards, salt pepper , seasonings, keurig, regular coffee pot, washer dryer - you name it. Beautiful quiet town. Will return!

Super spot in relaxed north end

Great space and a short walk to the beach made our week so enjoyable. The unit had a perfect layout for our family of 4 and a nice kitchen and outdoor area for grandparents to come over for dinner after our days at the beach. It was clean and organized and had just what we needed, instead of cabinets crammed with mismatched dishware and things left by other tenants that we often have to deal with. Kids loved that there were boogie boards to use and fun games to try. We really liked the neighborhood, we used the dog beach as well as the swimming beach every day. It was not crowded and had a low key vibe. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Filthy

House had flies and ants. Bathroom still had last tenant's pubic hair. Windows fell out or did not open at all. Refrigerator very loud, bed extremely uncomfortable. We left after 4 nights.

Everything you need

Great house 5 houses down from the beach. You do have to cross a street to get to the beach but that's not a huge issue. As soon as I walked in the house, I could smell the scent of a wonderfully sanitized house so that was reassuring. House literally has everything you need from kitchen stuff, movies, books to beach chairs. Bring your own towels and sheets if you don't want a fee. There are so many sleeping possibilities I didn't bring enough people! Great family beach house.

Just Overall Disappointment

Upon first glance, the condo seemed fine. However, my husband found a wad of hair in one of the showers and the floors were sandy. These two things made us doubt the cleanliness of the entire place, which was unnerving especially with Covid-19 all around us. Luckily we came prepared with two canisters of disinfecting wipes. While not promised, I was expecting to have kitchen towels available ... there were none so we bought a couple. (I wanted to leave them at the house, but my husband packed them ... sorry.) While the washer and dryer were convenient, they were very loud .... as was the dishwasher. The beach was nice and very close, but when the tide was in, the only place to sit was in the dunes. Of course, that's not the fault of the owners but it just added to our overall disappointment.

Close to the beach.

House was very close to the beach and the Sea wall. There were a few issues when we arrived but the owner was quick to respond and fix the problems. The outdoor shower is not enclosed and is just used to clean off the sand before entering the house.

Great summer rental

The place was very close to the beach, it was on the north end of Brigantine so it was quiet. It was clean, well stocked and my family had a great time.

Great first floor property near beautiful beach

The location was perfect. North end of island 1/2 block from beach and easy waling distance to nature preserve and North Beach. Property had everything essential for great vacation, including beach chairs/umbrellas/towels, kitchen/grill accessories, laundry and games. Owner was gracious with questions and responsiveness. The pictures were exactly like the unit.

We had a great time and we're thankful that our pet was allowed. The twin beds and the sofa bed were much to be desired but the main bedroom was fine and was decorated nicely. Sofa was comfy and kitchen was big.

Exactly what we wanted! Close to the beach so we could come and go during the day. Our hostess Cathy thought of every amenity possible! Relaxing and clean environment. We brought out grandkids and even our dogs! Everyone enjoyed themselves! Thanks for a great week!

We choose to buy in Brigantine because of the calm, peaceful atmosphere. It has a small town community feel. It is not crowded or overbuilt like many beach areas. There is golf close by at the Links of Brigantine. Brigantine is a place that you will love. Our unit is in the North end of the island - close to the sea wall. The water / beach are very close by - you are not walking forever once you reach the sand.
